The Magang geese are raised for a full 100 days and then grain-fed for 10 days. The roast goose is roasted daily in a lychee-fired oven with crispy skin and fragrant meat. The dark soy sauce for the goose is dried under the supervision of the lady boss herself. The whole roast goose is delicious.
