A place to watch the sunset, a small bar, deep inside the hotel. I ordered a mojito and chatted with a little tipsy. It was very romantic and great. There was a swimming pool nearby, and a row of beach chairs for hotel guests to watch the sunset.
The beach bar at Tanjong Aru Shangri-La is the best place to watch the most beautiful sunset. There is no obstruction. I ordered drinks and champagne. The drinks are quite expensive, but the seats are really comfortable.

Why do you recommend chasing the sunset on a paddle board in Kota Kinabalu?
When traveling in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, besides the crowded Tanjong Aru Beach waiting for the sunset, I would like to recommend this niche way of playing - chasing the light on a paddle board on the sea! Paddling a SUP (stand-up paddle board) on the glass sea, watching the sunset sink into the horizon without any obstruction in 360 degrees.
