Gorgeous park. Spend a full day here exploring the various sections. Remember to bring along sandals so you walk in the water & cool your feet. It was extremely crowded when we visited during the July summer holidays. Thankfully it was still manageable. Beautiful cascades & waterfalls along the way. Worth the around 10km hike thru the various trails.
Apart from the Seven-Arch Bridge, the rest of the scenery is good, especially the 68-level waterfall, which is very impressive. Although it is nearing the end of the holiday, there are still many tourists, but there is basically no need to wait for the sightseeing bus. The commercial area is very complete, and there are many shops at each viewing point, especially a lot of food.

It's fun and fun. There are not many people. There is no queue for each project. The coaches are all patient young men. The docking is tight and organized. When I went up the mountain in the morning, I was picked up for free by Uncle Yang, a staff member inside. It was a happy and lucky day.
Today I went to Cool Play Forest specifically, and here are a few tips for others. 1. It's quite remote, and the mountain roads aren't easy to navigate by car. However, no taxis would come when we left, and the taxi drivers waiting there were asking exorbitant prices, which was completely unacceptable. 2. The last picture shows my shoes, which are practically ruined, as are my clothes and pants. It's best to bring a second pair of shoes and clean clothes and pants. 3. Shoes can get wet, so it's best to wear moisture-resistant, hard-soled mountain boots. I saw the guides wearing those. I wore soft-soled wading shoes, which weren't particularly good and were uncomfortable when wet. My child wore Keen wading shoes, a better brand, and seemed to have a better experience, as they have hard soles. 3. I have to mention clothing. Although the temperature inside the cave is around 16 degrees Celsius year-round, which sounds quite cold, there's really no need to bring overly thick clothing. I don't even need a jacket; a thin sun-protective jacket is just the right thickness. I was constantly moving around, so I didn't feel cold at all. I was so disappointed with my large bag today; a short-sleeved shirt would have been just fine. 4. It's best to travel light and bring a small waist bag, not just a backpack. There were a few places that were too low, and my backpack got really dirty from scratches. 5. The official insect repellent didn't seem to be very effective; there didn't seem to be any living creatures in the cave.

This place, with its picturesque scenery and lush greenery, possesses a unique charm in every season... In this small town, such verdant mountains and clear waters are truly a treasure trove... It's perfect for family outings, allowing both adults and children to relax and fully enjoy the caress of nature... Couples will also appreciate the beautiful and quiet moments here...
I still feel healed when I look through the photo album of my trip to Maolan a few days ago. In order to avoid the crowds in Huangguoshu, my bestie and I temporarily changed our route to Libo Maolan National Forest Park. Although we didn't catch the free ticket discount, the 50 yuan ticket and 50 yuan sightseeing bus ticket were worth it. We chose to hike and encountered the emerald green Qinglongtan and the small and agile Qinglong Waterfall. We didn't finish visiting the Golden Lion Cave, and spent most of the time looking for food. The sour soup of the sour beef was appetizing, but the beef was a bit dry, and the 18 yuan instant coffee was ice-cold. The mountains and waters of Maolan are worth another in-depth hike!

Libo is a world natural heritage, national 5A level tourist scenic spot Xiaoqikong is definitely not to be missed, this is also the first scenic spot we visited after arriving in Libo, the scenic spot is composed of Daqikong Scenic Area, Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, Shuichun River Scenic Area and Lijiang Scenic Belt. Water collection, caves, forests, waterfalls, lakes, stone a variety of landscapes in one, landscape blending, beautiful scenery, known as "human lung washing land", "earth belt emerald".
In the evening, I stepped into the ancient town of Libo. The bluestone road led me to the Qiaotou B&B. I opened the door, and the original wood-colored living room was bright and transparent. The sunlight shone through the floor-to-ceiling windows, weaving spots of light on the rattan chairs. I chose a room with a window. The space of more than 30 square meters was particularly spacious. When I opened the window, I could see the ancient bridge of Zhangjiang River. Bamboo rafts carried tourists through the clear water, and folk songs slipped in with the wind. Dinner was eaten in the ancient town. The waiter in the restaurant brought bayberry wine and said that the sour soup fish was already stewed in the kitchen. The sour and spicy sour soup mixed with the freshness of the rice flower fish was particularly fragrant with brown rice. After dinner, I took a tour in the ancient town. There were crowds of people everywhere, and I also watched the wonderful performances on the stage of the ancient town. I returned to the B&B at 11 o'clock. At night, I lay on a wooden bed nearly two meters wide, listening to the sound of insects and water outside the window. In a trance, the tenderness of the entire ancient town poured into this bright room.
