Zhang Fei Cassava is in a very small alley, and there is a lot of noise from the road construction outside.
Cassava and corn syrup are both ready-made. The cassava syrup is a bit cold and tastes a bit worse. It is not particularly sweet, and tastes similar to what I ate at Shanghai Fanjia.

A large open courtyard is filled with tables. In fact, there is a retractable shed that can be opened when it rains.
The hygiene of the offal is really worrying. When I was queuing, I kept seeing flies flying in the refrigerator. I ate two bites of this piece of meat and two bites of that piece of intestine. The clerk who was responsible for selecting the offal for the customers saw the flies biting the offal and had no intention of driving it out of the refrigerator. If you mind the hygiene of the environment and ingredients, you must be cautious, otherwise it will cause great discomfort.
The queue was very long before 7.30, and then there were basically no people queuing, because the offal was almost sold out, and only barbecue was available.
Many of the names of the offal were heard for the first time, such as the ladder to heaven and the corner of the mouth meat.

This restaurant is located downstairs in Jingu Building, open 24 hours a day, just downstairs from the hotel where I stayed, so I chose this restaurant for my first meal in Liuzhou.
