I took some time off to travel to Tianmu Lake and booked the Tianmu Lake Hotel. The location is great, right next to the scenic area. For dinner, we chose the Tianmu Lake Flavor Restaurant. The waitress Gui Fang'e warmly welcomed us and was very thoughtful and attentive in recommending special dishes for us. The casserole fish head was especially delicious, the stir-fried eggplant was especially tasty, and the fried wontons were really delicious. When traveling to Tianmu Lake, I actually chose to have a meal without a fish head. This seems to be the difference in dietary structure between southerners and northerners. It is normal for southerners to have fish for every meal, just like we have meat.
The boss and his family are very nice and friendly. There is a discount for online checkout, 38% off, very affordable. I was worried that I couldn't get a taxi, so I consulted the boss's wife. She agreed to help me call a taxi, but also said that it was a bit expensive, so it would be better to try to call a taxi online first. She always thinks from the customer's perspective and feels warm. Definitely recommended!

I went to Yushui Hot Springs for a weekend getaway and chose to have dinner directly at the hotel. Of course, you have to eat fish head when you come to Tianmu Lake. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is close to the guest rooms, and the restaurant environment and service are great. The dishes are all delicious. The fish soup is very fresh, the Kung Pao shrimp balls are authentic, the fried yam with chicken mushrooms is very refreshing, and the vegetable rice is also good. It's a pleasant dining experience.

I took a hot spring bath in the hotel in the morning and rested for a while. I didn't want to eat dinner outside, so I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. I had fish head soup at noon, so I changed to something else. I saw that there was chestnut roasted pork knuckle. I like both of them, and it's OK to eat chestnuts now. I ordered a mushroom soup. For the main course, I asked the kitchen to heat up the millet cake at noon. The chestnut roasted pork knuckle tasted average. The chestnuts were not crispy and the pork knuckle was not tender. The mushroom soup was also very average. The hotel restaurant needs to improve.
This is the hotel we stayed in, the environment is super good! The fish head is delicious, the white celery is tender, the pineapple black rice is a bit hard, and the tofu is glutinous, not bad!
