The 31st floor of the Shard is a British-style western restaurant that mainly uses local British food as ingredients. You can go there for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, afternoon tea, or have a drink at the Bar in the restaurant. The dishes are all made from fresh local British ingredients, and the seasoning has been carefully improved. The appearance is very delicate and pleasing to the eye. The restaurant now accepts reservations for dinner and afternoon tea. If you go to the Bar, you don’t need to make a reservation. You can check the official website for the specific menu. In addition to Aqua Shard, The Shard also has the teppanyaki restaurant Oblix and a Chinese restaurant called Hutong, as well as two restaurants and bars of the Shangri-La Hotel in the building. For a detailed introduction, you can see "Recommended Restaurants and Bars in the Shard".
This restaurant called Aqua Shard is a seafood restaurant near the subway station. The view from this restaurant is super good, and you can even see the panoramic view of the London Eye.

Duck & Waffle|The signature waffle named after the shop. The French confit duck leg is a masterpiece! The skin is crispy while retaining the duck meat's oiliness and not dryness. Paired with a runny duck egg and honey oil mustard sauce. Every bite makes my heart throb. Duck Benedict|I love everything about duck meat! In fact, this waffle is not inferior to the signature one. And the taste is richer. Poke the golden runny duck egg and let the egg liquid soak into the minced duck meat and the fluffy and crispy waffle at the bottom. Then dip it in the surrounding Hollandaise sauce and Sriracha chili sauce. The bold combination of creativity makes people shine~ Sweet Waffle|The sweet waffle chooses a combination of blood orange and vanilla ice cream. The unique sweetness of blood orange makes the overall taste not too burdensome. Looking at the current menu, this dish should be removed due to different seasonal fruits. But there are other fruit combinations that are worth trying. Greek Yogurt|Greek yogurt with crispy granola, pine nuts and raisins. Then drizzle with date syrup. The taste is impeccable, but a small bowl is not enough to satisfy you. The price-performance ratio is not high.
The food, in general, was quite nice, though I was expecting it to be better than it was. There were only two bartenders making drinks who (as far as I am aware) catered not only for the bar area itself, but the entire restaurant as well. Unfortunately, this meant that the drinks took considerably long to arrive. I hate to say but the service was not good at all. The waiters are inattentive and forgetful. I patiently waited around 20 minutes to pay the bill. They also whack on a discretionary service charge which I do not quite think they have earnt. Nevertheless, the view was absolutely stunning at sunset, in particular, as the night sky started to draw over the city. Overall, I would say that you pay for the view (which does a make a trip to this restaurant worth it), but manage your expectations with regard to everything else.

Hutong Peking Duck The seafood in the red oil wonton is very chewy and fresh, and the juice is mixed with the spicy red oil, the sour vinegar and the fragrance of fried garlic. It is wonderful to eat it in one bite. The garlic pork is quite standard, but it is worth praising that each piece of meat is served with a slice of cucumber, which is very refreshing and not greasy. The lobster dumplings are very juicy and taste very good. The only drawback is that there is no special vinegar for the dumplings, just ordinary vinegar (we asked the waiter for it). The shredded radish crisps are really crispy, and they will break if you don’t pick them up well with chopsticks. The shredded radish is also very flavorful, but it’s a bit greasy to eat two. Roast duck is the signature dish here. I can’t say whether it is authentic or not. After all, the last time I ate roast duck was probably more than ten years ago at Quanjude. But this roast duck is really delicious, with crispy skin, a layer of fat, and firm meat. It’s very good to eat alone or with the skin rolled up! Roast duck is not sliced clean, so the parts without crispy skin will be used as the second dish, diced duck meat and diced green beans, served with lettuce, very refreshing. Now I understand that the essence of dry-fried green beans is to add some minced meat. This is also a signature dish. I have always liked dry-fried green beans, but it is a little salty.
It is said to be the most authentic, busiest and tallest Chinese restaurant in London - Hutong Chinese Restaurant. Enjoy lunch at the Shard, which is also the highest floor in London. You can view the entire London city. By the way, you can pass by the Horse View of St. Thomas Street Market in London. flower!

Sunday lunch at The Ritz was exceptional. First class service from charming staff, everything was perfect. The food was superb and in my opinion ranked alongside my favourite restaurant (The Waterside)
It is said that this is a restaurant run by a famous chef. The environment is very beautiful, very suitable for dating, and the dishes are exquisite and delicious.

I ordered beef offal mixed with rice noodles, which was so fragrant. It should be added with a little shacha sauce, peanut butter or something like that. The freshly boiled beef offal was added immediately and then some spices were added and mixed. It was served immediately with a fragrant aroma.
Chicken Caesar salad, super large portion, the chicken has a bit of smoky flavor, very chewy ~ A healthy big pot of grass shrimp asparagus wide noodles | It is creamy tomato sauce, with three large shrimps in it, so solid! The wide noodles are very chewy, I like this taste so much ~

If I were to say which steak house in London is worth recommending, I would say the one in Blacklock Soho. Their steaks are really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and super delicious.
