[Taste] Unique [Environment] Nice [Service] Very good The restaurant has a beautiful view, and I was in a good mood while dining. It was great. The Laotian flavor here is not so hard to get used to, and it combines Western food.
Manda de Laos is located at 10 Norrassan Road | Unit 1 Ban Thatluang, Luang Prabang 0600, Laos. I decided to have a proper dinner for my last dinner in Luang Prabang. I passed by at 5pm and was greeted by the handsome French boss. After making a reservation, I went to the waterfront table at 6pm. The waiter was very enthusiastic and even brought me a pad written entirely in Chinese. I also learned that the three lotus ponds are a world cultural heritage! I dined from dusk to night, and the water lilies in the pond and the stars in the sky would bloom together. I am willing to use all the praises of Luang Prabang here!

Tonight's dinner restaurant - Tamarind Hill, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, is another high-end restaurant known only to locals. Six courses, from appetizers to desserts, all tasted good, with a Thai flavor, sweet and sour, and everything was delicious. The environment was elegant and quiet. Musang King cake was also suitable for the occasion.
Walking on the streets of Luang Prabang, I passed by Tamarind Restaurant, which is located by the river. This restaurant is highly rated on Owl and is a very famous Laotian restaurant. ✨Special dishes: First, I ordered a single set meal called five beats, which consists of five dishes, including local specialty sausages, grilled beef jerky, vegetable rolls, kimchi and sesame mixed bamboo shoots. I also ordered a Mekong River grilled fish. This grilled fish is eaten similarly to hand-held rice, with lettuce, rice noodles, tomatoes and other vegetables and sauces. According to the introduction on the menu, it is eaten with lettuce wrapped with fish and side dishes, which is quite interesting. 📷Environment and service: The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic, the English level is also very high, and they can speak a little simple Chinese. The decoration of the restaurant is also very good, with a strong Southeast Asian style. 💰Per capita consumption: It cost about RMB 110. ✏️Tips: This restaurant not only has catering services, but also local catering training to teach tourists how to make Laotian dishes. But I feel that this service is OK for Europeans and Americans, but not very practical for Chinese people [BlinkUU]. #SpringtimeFun #LocalFood #LuangPrabangLaos

amazing local coffee, best coffee I’ve had in a while and the staff are super friendly. the banana bread was delicious and it came with peanut butter spread. all locally made, promoting local farmers and businesses.
It feels quite pleasant to enjoy the scenery and drink coffee in this shop, especially because it is on the banks of the Mekong River and the environment is particularly good!

The food was delicious and very good. This not for profit restaurant serves delicious and creative Lao dishes. The apprentices don't speak English so be patient with them. Or you can ask a teacher waiter to help you. The drinks were good on a hot day. There is a sister restaurant in Luang Prabang. It is worth a visit when visiting Laos.
[cp]there must be a tin tin living in the heart of tangor' bartender. theres one in mine too. [/cp]

Very nice environment, deep into the local restaurant
Laos is suitable for a slow life. I eat and drink in the streets every day and have tasted all kinds of interesting local food. There are creative Laotian dishes with a full atmosphere by the Mekong River, warm shops hidden in the alleys, and places where locals eat with shabby environment and super cheap prices. Share the 10 restaurants I like with you~ All in Luang Prabang! 1⃣️Bamboo Tree Lao: Laotian specialties by the Nam Khan River. Sitting on the street seats and enjoying the river view is the unique romance of Luang Prabang. Recommend No. 2 and No. 5 meals, fried noodles and Tom Yum Goong are delicious. 80+ per person. 2⃣️Khiem Khan Barbecue: The most highly recommended Laotian barbecue! A place where real locals eat barbecue. You can eat meat until you are full for 20+ yuan per person. The key is that it is also delicious! There were no tourists in the store that night except us, only a few locals. The proprietress was also very nice, and gave me the extra vermicelli for free. We were all surprised how they could make money at such a low price, so we had to give more tips. There was also a cute dog in the store, which was a warm memory. 3⃣️Phonheuang Cafe: A small corner treasure shop in a quiet alley, with a constant stream of diners. It provides some simple local food, and the fried spring rolls, rice noodles and rice are all good. 30 per person. 4⃣️Tamarind: The restaurant style is similar to Bamboo Tree, and basically all Laotian specialties can be eaten here. The set menu has a rich variety of dishes, as well as special wines and desserts, and the restaurant decoration is also very cute. 80+ per person. 5⃣️Saffron coffee: A coffee shop by the Mekong River, with a variety of simple meals, you can arrange a brunch or afternoon tea, with seats by the river and indoors, and many people spend time here. 50 per person. 6⃣️The nameless barbecue stall in the night market: This is the second to last stall at the end of the night market, and the grilled chicken wings, pork belly and grilled fish are all so fragrant. The fruit milkshake at the stall next to it is really amazing, 2w kip per cup is super rich, I can't forget it and want to drink it every day. 7⃣️Street rice noodle shop: This inconspicuous shop is located on the street where My Ban Lao hotel goes out, walks right, turns right, and turns right again. Just follow this route. Many locals eat rice noodles here. There are three kinds of soup bases. The coconut soup base is recommended. It is delicious. You can add various things such as pig stomach, heart and lung. 10-15 per person. 8⃣️Rice noodle shop in the morning market: A shop that I met by chance at the morning market. You must eat rice noodles when you come to Laos. You can find any one without stepping on thunder. Pork rice noodles are equivalent to RMB 10 per bowl, and beef is about RMB 14. 9⃣️Dada Cafe: The best coffee shop I have had in Labang, latte is 10 yuan per cup, sitting at the door and looking at the Mekong River, it is so comfortable. 🔟Joma Bakery: A famous local coffee shop with delicious bread. There are 2 stores in Luang Prabang, and I prefer the environment of this one which is not on the foreigner street. #Laos Luang Prabang #Laos Food #Southeast Asian Food

Lu Han had visited the internet-famous coffee shop Le Banneton cafe when he was filming "Five Ha"🌟 🥐It is also a good dessert shop in Luang Prabang Those who come to Laos can try it This shop is near Wat Xieng Thong⛩️ After visiting the temple, I stepped into this shop with a little fatigue and heat ⛲️I was instantly enveloped by its warm and comfortable atmosphere 🛍️There is a mini grocery store in the store There are some daily necessities and local specialties🎁 Their desserts are good💥 You can try the almond croissant and brunch🥯crispy and soft Inexpensive and good🧮It will be gone if it's late ☕️The Laotian coffee is rich and mellow The fruit smoothie is cool and delicious🥤One bite🧊The heat is gone #Romantic dating restaurant #Local food #Local special snacks #Afternoon tea that face control loves most
Three days and two nights of World Cultural Heritage Tour📍Luang Prabang The sadness of not being able to get a massage can only be healed by food😛 From Chinese food to traditional cuisine From French food to white food From morning and night market snacks to afternoon tea in rice fields My favorite is Laotian hot pot BBQ 👇List of restaurants to visit (in order of eating) ① Laotian fusion cuisine⭐MITI Restaurant 📍Sisavangvong Rd 📝First meal in Luang Prabang When even 10 massage restaurants were full I chose a nearby restaurant with a cute facade Ordered a traditional set After eating, not only did it not relieve my sadness, but it made me even sadder haha I really can't eat any Laotian traditional cuisine The seaweed is too oily and the hot sauce is salty and spicy. It's edible but I won't repurchase it ②Pork trotter rice⭐ 📍Phothisarath Rd 📝I accidentally passed by a roadside restaurant with many people Following the smell of meat, I ordered a pork trotter rice The pig's trotter is fragrant and tender The soup bibimbap is really delicious The signature menu is all in Laotian characters, which is a bit difficult to understand Sure enough, you can eat like a local and you won’t make mistakes ③ Coffee and simple meals⭐Joma Bakery Cafe Laos 📍Chaofa Ngum Rd 📝The baked desserts are extremely tempting, a chain store with a European petty bourgeoisie environment The sugar content of apple pie, chocolate pie, and chocolate cake is too high The taste is inferior to the appearance, but the price is not expensive ④ French food⭐Le Banneton Cafe 📍Sakkaline Rd 📝It is said to be the most delicious croissant Also recommended by Lonely Planet It is a very low-key storefront with seats indoors and outdoors Ordered a full brunch meal, salad, and cheese and bacon croissant The croissant is okay, but not as amazing as it is said on the Internet The croissant should be original❗ It is more crispy and delicious than the cheese and meat ones While eating, the waiter closed the door and turned on the air conditioner It was so touching on a hot afternoon ⑤River view restaurant⭐Dyen Sabai Restaurant 📍Ban Phan Louang, PO Box 805 📝Riverside restaurant with a full sense of ceremony Recommended by Lonely Planet again🚣You need to take a boat to get in and out (or take a long detour across the bridge) Comments are full of complaints about the slow serving😂But I still walked in ⚠️It’s best to make an appointment in advance if there are many people❗ Waited for about 20 minutes to be seated Started waiting for 1 hour for the food Luang Prabang salad💯, coconut milk curry chicken soup, fried eggplant with pork and rice, vegetable pasta I was too hungry and everything was delicacies from the mountains and the sea Salad is the most memorable, sweet and sour egg yolk sauce 📌The boat ticket is 10k/person, which can be used to offset the meal ⑥Laos hot pot⭐PhanPhan Korean BBQ restaurant 📍Thammamikalath Rd 📝Last Supper in Laos Recommended💯A shop loved by locals There are Laotian hot pot BBQ and traditional hot pot There is also a high-end computer receipt, which makes me shocked😂 Meat 50k, stir-fried dishes 45-50k, canned drinks 10k, and a big meal costs 305k The ingredients are quite fresh and the prices are touching Reliving the same delicious food as my first dinner in Laos ⑦ Coffee and simple meals⭐Saffron Coffee 📍Th Khem Khong 📝The coffee shops here are mostly open from sunrise to sunset There are already several tables of customers in the store after 7 o'clock The seats facing the street can see the river view and the roaring motorcycles ⑧Roasted glutinous rice⭐ 📍Morning market and night market 📝Compared to the hustle and bustle of the night market, I prefer the fireworks of the morning market Snacks, barbecue, noodles, fruits, and even meat, vegetables, eggs and milk Clothing and souvenirs are all for sale After watching the alms, go directly to the morning market behind the palace A piece of roasted glutinous rice brushes away the chill of the morning Eating and drinking along the way is the most healing thing in Luang Prabang😊 It is also the greatest respect for foodies to travel in Laos✌ More Laotian food👀Collection 📌Exchange rate 1 RMB≈3000 KIP (2024/2) 🚗Transportation in the city 1. Vientiane: bus, tuk-tuk/taxi/express train (you can try kok move and loca apps, whether to take it or not is up to fate) 2. Vangrong & Luang Prabang: tuk-tuk, motorcycle, no bus (there are many Wuling minis available for rent in Luang Prabang) 🚌Cross-city transportation 1.🚅High-speed rail/train (absolutely cost-effective and convenient choice) 2. Bus, mini van (bumpy journey, choose carefully) #Where to go on weekends #Good places for leisure #Local food #Really delicious snacks collection #UrbanHumanitiesNotes
