Finally I can leave Macau, but I still can't make a reservation at "Paris Pavilion" before leaving, even if I ask the hotel for help.

Based on my preferences and common sense, there are 7 kinds of cheese, and the quality is tied for the first place with beef tenderloin steak; the coffee looks good, and the taste is at least the best Italian style in this trip to Macau; the average level of various Chinese dim sum and Western desserts is acceptable, and the worst is the hard European that I crave the most. It looks tempting but is actually over-baked. I almost broke my teeth when I took a bite.

Margaret and Andrew were originally husband and wife. Later, after they divorced, they each ran an egg tart shop. Margaret sticks to the main island of Macau, while Andrew develops in Coloane and Taipa, each developing its own egg tart shop. Unexpectedly, the egg tart contains the love and hatred between the two.
Margaret is very close to the Hualong Hotel where we stayed, a ten-minute walk away. When I went there, it had just opened, and there were quite a lot of people. One was 11 Australian dollars, and six were 35 Australian dollars. We had eaten before and only bought two for a taste. The freshly baked egg tarts are delicious, with crispy skin, tender eggs, and a bit sweet. The attitude of the service staff is not good and they feel like they are bullying customers.
