It is a high-end seafood restaurant on the first floor of the InterContinental Hotel. The cheese oysters are very good, the fried shrimps are big, and the variety of shrimp meat is great. The fried milk is a local specialty and is usually ordered.
My first trip to Nha Trang, which was a short one~~!!
There's also the pleasure of drinking delicious coffee in Nha Trang~
It was a very pleasant experience for me, a coffee enthusiast, from Kong Cafe, CCCP, to local cafes~
I also recommend trying egg coffee and salt coffee~~
I'm also looking forward to the trip I'm taking with my younger sibling in January next year~

After a whole day of playing in the water, I was very hungry, so I came to Galangal to try the local dishes. The pineapple fried rice was not satisfactory (after a few days, I felt that the locals were not very good at making fried rice), but the stir-fried water spinach and spring rolls were naturally strong points. The sauce was also a highlight, appetizing and refreshing
A very high-end Vietnamese restaurant, with high-end Vietnamese pho, which is a deluxe version with many side dishes. The golden fried rice is really good, it feels like something from the Chinese Cooking Master Boy.

This is a very popular restaurant in Nha Trang. Their seafood dinner is especially popular among diners. Their most recommended dish is the salt and pepper mantis shrimp, which tastes really good and the portion is very large and filling.

There is a Vietnamese restaurant next to the hotel where I stayed. Every day when I pass by, I can see many Koreans eating there. The restaurant has been carefully decorated and looks a bit romantic. One night, I passed by early and there were not many customers, so I went in and ordered four dishes. The ribs are a little sweet, similar to the taste of sweet and sour ribs. The shrimps are fried with peppers and onions. There are not many shrimps and they are relatively fresh. Paper spring rolls are a classic dish in Vietnam. The ones here are as long as the palm of your hand and wrapped in lettuce. The four dishes cost only 400,000 Vietnamese dong, which is equivalent to more than 110 yuan, which is still cheap.
A good value for money choice, not very expensive, local dishes are delicious

A very distinctive Vietnamese restaurant. The grilled fish there is good, a local specialty that tastes very good and is fried thoroughly. The Vietnamese spring rolls taste good, with several large shrimps in them.
The restaurant is fully open, a bit retro, very close to nature, and has a great environment. I recommend the bullfrog and eel, which have simple flavors and are delicious and inexpensive.
