Super fresh and super delicious! I don't eat fish, and I even have a bowl of ravioli with ravioli. The boss is a funny little old man, and he has always said in Chinese that he is very handsome! Zhengsushi is located in 1-1-1 Hanazono 047-0024, Otaru City, Hokkaido. The store is located on the shore of the Otaru Canal. If you can book a seat with a front window, eating in the canal is indeed a different kind of enjoyment. The soba shop we went to is the most famous century-old noodle shop in Otaru. Many people come here because of its name [Otaru Soba House Yabhan]. In fact, I didn’t know it when I ate it, but I just found out about it... And that day we We were the last table of customers, and the old boss even asked us where we were from... I was suddenly surprised💕 This time I was completely distracted from eating here and there during the whole skiing trip~
It wasn't crowded (we asked the hotel to make reservations for us as reviews suggested to book in advance). There were plenty of seats at 7:15, probably because it was drizzling. The menu was in English so that was no problem. The prices on the menu included 8[%] tax. It was hard to find even with Google Maps. The sign was not in English so we had to ask people if they were there. Some of the waiters were in kimonos. The atmosphere was nice with rice paper square lights and wooden structures overhead. The soba and tempura were nice and a little spicy. We also tried the soba water, which is the water used to boil the soba. The restaurant only accepts cash payments.
