Parisian Cuisine: A Village Night Talk in the 3rd Arrondissement: The Dreamlike Marinated Crab
This trendy late-night snack in the heart of Paris has always been known to be renowned for its owner's handsome appearance. I tried it myself today, and the food was truly delicious.
River Crab Sashimi:
The orange-red yolk and the crystal-clear crab meat are a captivating sight. With a gentle sip, the tender crab meat slithers free from the shell and slurps into your mouth, the lingering aroma of crab lingering, like a summer breeze brushing your ears and a smile on your face. The crab roe is mouth-watering, smothered in the rich aroma of wine, vinegar, and soy sauce, leaving a lasting aftertaste.
"Without Ou Cai's River Crab Sashimi, why live in Wenzhou?" It's absolutely true.
Lamb Skewers:
If you love fatty yet not greasy lamb skewers, this is a must-order. The clams were grilled until they sizzled with oil, charred and juicy, tender and plump, with a rich and rich flavor. Unfortunately, the cumin and chili powder were too much on the surface, giving it a heavy, powdery taste. If you rub the skewers together before removing them from the pan to gently knock off the uneven powder and let your tongue first touch the fresh meat, the taste might be better.
Scallion Oil Razor Clams:
The clams were cleaned very cleanly, completely free of sand. The plump and chewy meat was coated in the fragrant scallion sauce and smooth enoki mushrooms. Everything was just right.
Fried Chicken:
The crispy and refreshing coating and tender and juicy interior were fried with basil leaves, giving it a subtle, unique basil fragrance. The herbs were mixed with the spicy aroma of wine and mint. The fried chicken dipping sauce, with its added Sichuan peppercorns, had a wonderfully complex blend of sweet, sour, spicy, and numbing flavors.
Fried glutinous rice balls:
The outer skin is slightly crispy, the inside is soft and glutinous. The black sesame seeds burst forth in every bite, perfect for winter.
National Trend Decor:
Many night market elements, old movie posters, the vibrant lights of Yau Ma Tei, neon signs, the streets of Shilin at night, and the red lanterns that illuminate the tired backs of those returning home late, giving us our own warm late-night dining spot.
