The side dishes are pretty good, the vegetables are all from the farm. There is a very good braised pork, similar to the braised pork in China, but without the oil, so it tastes a bit greasy.
[Taste] The hotel's restaurant's products really exceeded expectations. Except for the ordinary wine pairing, the dishes were really delicious.

The Blue Elephant Phuket Chief. In morning glory in Vietnam and here, we were told to use the most natural seasonings and not chemical products, so we spent a long time pounding out various seasonings.

The seafood restaurant of Trisara Hotel is located right on the hotel’s own beach. It is a good choice for watching the sunset. The oysters there are good, but seafood such as lobsters and mantis shrimps are more expensive.

Such a beautiful restaurant. It felt like the south of France. Great service, very knowledgeable. We ordered one of tasting menus, it was literally to die for! The presentation of each dish was so beautiful. We even met The Chef! Fabulous evening!
