The Tang Paradise is located in the Qujiang New District of the ancient capital of Xi'an. It is a large-scale royal garden-style cultural theme park with the theme of the prosperous Tang Dynasty culture. It perfectly reproduces the grandeur and exquisite elegance of the royal gardens of the Tang Dynasty.
Visited during the off-peak season before the Chinese 5/1 holidays so it was fairly empty. In fact, aside from a few scenic spots filled with photographers, the broader park was a bit of a sad ghost town.. perhaps it’s pricey for local standards, but makes for an enjoyable sunset stroll. There is a flagship night show that requires extra tickets/payments, but we only learned about it there.

I was originally in Xi'an on a business trip, and it happened to be the weekend, so I happened to meet up with some nearby friends. Seeing that the Twelve Hours Scenic Area had a two-day ticket deal for 68 yuan, we booked it immediately. We spent two days there, sporadically spending 8 or 9 hours there, watching the performances over and over again. It truly gave me, as a tourist from out of town, a glimpse into the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty. I'll definitely be back with my friends over the National Day holiday! The show that particularly impressed me was "Song of the Wine," where I drank a glass of wine from Taibai. I'm also grateful to the NPC lady who was still operating Liren Street after 11:00 AM and played soccer with us. I'm also grateful to the owner who was still operating Liren Street after 1:00 PM and three NPC ladies who greeted us. It was a true stamp-collecting experience for my friend and I, but unfortunately, we only saw each other at the performances. It's no wonder we met before. See you again over the National Day holiday. I wish the Twelve Hours Scenic Area every success!
It's a pretty good scenic spot with a beautiful layout and a very popular online atmosphere. In addition to performances, there are also many cultural and creative products and handicrafts, which are very popular with children. The price of the two-day ticket is not expensive, and the overall cost performance is very high. I am very satisfied.

I visited it twice. It was very beautiful, super big, and had a sense of history. However, it happened to be during the Lantern Festival, which ruined the atmosphere a bit. But it is still a place worth visiting.
The Danfeng Palace explanation should be on the hour, but fortunately we only waited for more than ten minutes, and the explanation lasted about an hour. It is better to understand the Daming Palace and its glorious history with the explanation.

The performance content is really eye-catching, and the live performance is also very exciting. It is worth seeing the performance. There are many small performances in the scenic area, and my father-in-law is very good.
This trip to Xi'an was a decision I won't regret! I bought a package for two adults and one child, and was even given a free upgrade to VIP seats. What incredible luck! The show, which spans the Banpo period to the present day, boasts a variety of spectacular special effects that truly captivate. It's definitely worth bringing the kids along; it's both educational and fun. Highly recommended!

**This isn't a museum, it's a "pilgrimage site" for Chinese calligraphy! Each stele represents a world, each character a millennium. **--- ###🔍 **Basic Information**-📍 Address: No. 15, Sanxue Street, Beilin District, Xi'an (near the South Gate/Bell Tower) - 🕒 Opening Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Summer) | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Winter) -💵 Admission: 65 RMB/person (students half price, recommended to purchase tickets on-site or make reservations through the official WeChat account) -⏳ Suggested Visiting Duration: 2-3 hours - 🚇 Transportation: 10-minute walk from Yongningmen Station on Metro Line 2--- ###✨ **Why is it worth visiting? — Three Irreplaceable Values**####**1. A "Ceiling Hall" of Chinese Calligraphy** This is **China's largest collection of stele, with the longest time span and the most complete collection of calligraphy**. From Qin Dynasty Li Si's small seal script and Han Dynasty official script to the authentic works of the "Four Masters of Regular Script" from the Tang Dynasty—Yan Zhenqing's "Duobao Pagoda Stele" and "Yan Qinli Stele"—Liu Gongquan's "Xuanmiao Pagoda Stele"—Ouyang Xun's "Huangfu Dan Stele"—and Chu Suiliang's "Tongzhou Shengjiao Preface"—standing before the authentic works, you will understand the meaning of "the handwriting reflects the person" and the power of the brush. #### **2. History's "Stone Spokesperson"** The Forest of Steles is more than just calligraphy; it is a **living historical archive**. - "Kaicheng Stone Classics": The official Tang Dynasty version of the "Thirteen Classics," comprising 114 stone tablets, a "stone library" - "The Nestorian Stele": A world-class artifact documenting the introduction of Christianity to China during the Tang Dynasty - "The Book of Filial Piety on the Stone Platform": Written and annotated by Emperor Xuanzong of Tang, Li Longji's personal guide to educating the world. 👉 Each stele tells the story of the beliefs, institutions, and ideas of an era. #### ** 3. A spiritual pilgrimage for those with a cultural bent. **If you love poetry, calligraphy, and history, the moment you step into the Forest of Steles, you'll feel **instantly at peace**. Sunlight filters through the ancient trees onto the stone tablets, and the fragrance of ink seems to have traveled through millennia—this isn't a tour, it's **a conversation** with ancient sages. ---
[A cultural experience spanning millennia—definitely worth the trip] The Xi'an Forest of Steles Museum is a paradise for calligraphy enthusiasts and history buffs! The collection is incredibly rich, from masterpieces of regular script by Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gongquan to the majestic and ancient stone carvings of the Han and Wei dynasties. Each stele carries the rich legacy of Chinese civilization. The professional and engaging guide brought the stone tablets to life, and the children were captivated. The cultural and creative ice cream was surprisingly delicious, and snapping photos was a truly ceremonial experience! Although crowded, the courtyard, with its towering ancient trees and tranquil atmosphere, was never crowded. Tickets are incredibly cost-effective, costing only a few dozen yuan for this top-tier national treasure museum. It's definitely a must-see on any trip to Xi'an! We strongly recommend allowing at least three hours to fully savor the experience.

1. Visiting the Luoyang Museum is a great way to get to know the city. 2. A guided tour is more efficient than wandering aimlessly on your own. 3. Electronic guides are better for adults; they are comprehensive and provide ample time. 4. Children prefer interactive explanations; they quickly tire of electronic guides.
This summer, I visited the Luoyang Museum. We met at 9:30 AM and the tour started right on time. Our guide, Li, was fantastic. We were traveling with a group. She guided us through the best routes, avoiding the crowds. She was very humorous and her storytelling was incredibly engaging.

Since I didn't get to make it to the Shaanxi History Museum (even paying for it wouldn't have been possible [breaks into laughter]), I opted for the Xi'an Museum instead. It was quite fun to just wander around casually. Xi'an truly is a treasure trove of cultural relics! The Xi'an Museum is right next to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. After visiting the museum, I decided to stop by and try the highly rated Xi'an Museum Cultural Restaurant. Perfect 😍
[Scenery] Stepping into the Xi'an Museum begins a profound dialogue with history. The museum boasts a rich collection, ranging from pristine bronzes from the pre-Qin period to exquisite artifacts from the Han and Tang dynasties, each piece bearing the weight of time. The museum's treasured tri-colored flying horse, with its swift and agile posture, seems poised to leap forth at any moment, awe-inspiring the exquisite craftsmanship of the ancients. [Fun] Beyond the artifacts, the museum's architecture is also unique, skillfully blending traditional and modern elements. A stroll through its charm is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The museum also boasts a highly realistic sand table display of the 108 Fangs of the Sui and Tang dynasties, transporting you back a thousand years. Don't miss this place when visiting Xi'an!

For the sake of that timeless quatrain, I traveled thousands of miles to experience the ethereal and ethereal resonance of the Stork Tower, gazing into the distance at the eight thousand miles of clouds and moon, the five thousand years of mountains and rivers,
Stork Tower, one of the Four Great Towers; Puji Temple, home to The West Chamber; Once again, I've returned to the land of Shanxi, gaining a deeper understanding of its culture. Although the Stork Tower is no longer the same building it once was, it remains a cultural legacy, a bridge connecting the past and the present. Although the weather was bad and the distance was shrouded in fog, I could still see the Yellow River in the distance. Puji Temple, among countless temples in the world, is the only one that dares to call itself a "holy place of love." I must watch The West Chamber when I return.

Epic choreography. Chariot seats propel the audience across the 200-meter theater. A palace hangs upside down overhead, and soldiers and mercenaries burst forth from the earth beneath. Mighty Qin, you understand the art of dimensionality reduction!
Rich in cultural connotations: The play, inspired by the Heifu Wooden Slips from the Qin Tomb at Shuihudi, Yunmeng, depicts the rise of the Qin Dynasty through the perspective of the humble figure "Heifu," highlighting the resolute and indomitable spirit of the Qin people and embodying the enduring and enduring spirit of Chinese culture.
