The boss and a female comrade who takes orders can speak Chinese, but the waiter can't. Her restaurant is famous for its large number of customers. It is the most popular restaurant in town. You must go there. There will be a queue at meal time. It is recommended that you go to queue up first. But you must accept sharing a table. Although the boss's wife has a temper, I still recommend Fat Mama's because the taste is really good. If you don't like Fat Mama's personality, go find a waitress who speaks Chinese to take your order. She has a very good attitude. Fat Mama just doesn't like I like to listen to too much nonsense.
