A must-visit in autumn! Fragrant Hills Park holds Beijing's most captivating four-season poetry. If you were to ask which Beijing park embodies the beauty of each season to its fullest, the answer would undoubtedly be Fragrant Hills Park. Nestled in the foothills of the Western Hills, this classical garden not only carries a thousand years of history, but also offers a visual feast, making it a must-see destination for countless visitors. Spring in Fragrant Hills is a gentle prelude. Wild peaches and apricots bloom along the mountain path, their pink and white petals drifting in the wind, creating a romantic "flower path." Within the park, the century-old cypresses sprout new green leaves, creating a striking contrast with the red walls and yellow tiles of the temple. A stroll through the garden is a delight.
I took a stroll through Fragrant Hill today. Autumn was in full swing, and the forests were ablaze with color. 🍁Walking along the winding mountain path, it felt like stepping into a flowing oil painting. The rustling of fallen leaves with every step lightened my mood. From the vantage point, I could see the entire city of Beijing. In that moment, all my worries drifted away. 🍂 Fragrant Hill, you're such a relaxing place! I'll definitely be back! 🌞

Shi Tiesheng Ditan Temple is a famous Beijing scenic spot. It is clean and has a good environment. It is generally well received. It is quite recommended and affordable. It is recommended for people from all over the world to visit, especially for travel enthusiasts and those with children.
I went to the altar of the altar of the earth, and the altar of the heavens was square. Although it is not as big as the altar of heaven, the altar is shocking enough, and the tickets are much cheaper. And there are really not many people in the altar, and it is very suitable for sunbathing. It is a great thing in life to move a chair to the temple park in the afternoon! ! !

Teacher Wu Ping was very knowledgeable and kept explaining throughout the tour. She was very considerate of the elderly and always took the tourists into consideration. She was very attentive. At the end, she even gave us a fun little gift - building blocks. I didn't feel too tired after following the whole tour, and I learned a lot. It was really eye-opening. A highly recommended tour guide.
From Zhichun Pavilion, the silhouette of the Buddhist Incense Pavilion against the deep blue sky resembles a light ink painting. Lanterns along the long corridor light up, casting long, trembling red shadows across Kunming Lake. The bustle of the day fades, leaving only the gentle lapping of water against the stone shore, time and again, like the steady breathing of this ancient garden. The arches of the Seventeen-Arch Bridge, outlined by the lights, are rimmed with a gentle golden hue, blending with their reflections in the water to form full moons. Occasionally, a late-returning cruise ship passes by, shattering the pool of golden light, which lingers for a long time, refusing to dissipate. The wind carries the lingering fresh air of the lotus pond. Sitting on the stone railing by the water, gazing at the distant mountains and the nearby pavilion, listening to the whisper of the wind and the murmur of the water, I suddenly feel what day it is, and that I have become part of this tranquil night scene.

I've long heard that Tanzhe Temple came before Beijing, but as a Beijinger, this was my first time here. Transportation is very convenient, with direct access via the subway and then the bus. Tickets are 50 yuan and can be purchased online or at the venue. The scenery inside is truly delightful, nestled against the backdrop of mountains and water, and the air is fresh. Gazing at the ancient trees, touching the stone fish, and smelling the incense, my restless heart is easily calmed.
The whole environment is quite quiet, and the temple is built on the mountain. However, it is far from the city and the transportation around is not very convenient. Although many people online recommend it, I personally don’t think it is necessary to travel so far to visit it.

We bought a direct bus, but it ended up being included with the bus to Mutianyu Great Wall. The trip did depart from Shaoyaoju at 9:30 AM, but the pickup from Hongluo Temple wasn't until 4 PM. And to make money, we had to take everyone to the Bird's Nest for a paid tour afterward. Those who didn't visit were dismissed in a place not close to the subway or buses. So, the long tour involved a lot of climbing up and down the mountain. We went up along Guanyin Road and down another way. It was quite steep, so be careful. Overall, the scenery was beautiful and quite interesting.
The tour guide was very attentive and helped confirm the itinerary regardless of the time. He was humorous and not only explained the attractions along the way, but also explained the strategy and transportation up and down the mountain in detail. It was worry-free and labor-saving to follow the tour guide. I highly recommend it.

The two-person ticket I bought on Ctrip was cheaper than other platforms and very convenient to use on the go! It's quite spacious inside, and the hand-rowed boat ride is fun! There's also a children's playhouse inside that my baby really enjoyed!
Gubei Water Town is getting better and better. The only thing is that it is not pet-friendly. If you go with a dog, you can't stay in the water town. So my family went in to play and have a meal, and watched the night performances and light shows.

The Old Summer Palace is a large garden in China's Qing Dynasty. It consists of three gardens: Old Summer Palace, Changchun Garden, and Yichun Garden. It has both the aesthetic realm of Chinese gardens and the artistic style of Western gardens. It is also a 5A-level tourist attraction.
Let's enjoy the world-class scenery of the Old Summer Palace together. The Old Summer Palace's annual Lotus Festival generally opens in late June and lasts until the end of August. The Old Summer Palace boasts a rich variety of lotus flowers and a rich history. One of its most proud and unique features is the "Rebirth of a Century-Old Lotus Seed." In 2017, archaeologists discovered 11 ancient lotus seeds in the Jingxiang Pond at the Ruyuan Ruins of the Old Summer Palace. Estimated to be at least a century old, they were carefully cultivated. Six of them successfully germinated and bloomed in 2019... 📝 | Attraction Name | Old Summer Palace Ruins Park 📮 | Address | 23 Qinghua West Road, Haidian District, Beijing ⌚️ | Opening Hours | 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM; Tickets last at 5:30 PM 🎫 | Ticket Price | Tickets ¥10; Pass ¥25 🚇 | Subway Route | Take Line 4 or 16, exit B at Yuanmingyuan Station, walk about 200 meters, and enter the park through the South Gate. Who said that Pofengling is only worth coming in autumn? Summer's cloud stone house is a hidden fairyland! 💫 You must check in at Pofeng Cafe hidden in the treasure place halfway up the mountain. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows + tent area. Watermelon ice American is a summer life-sustaining artifact. The C position by the window should arrive early, and the light is gentle beyond the film. Yunshang Shiwu B&B Reality version of the Wizard of Oz, small bridges and flowing water + fog forest, the baby can play in the water to fish, but also meet Tilian, wear a white skirt, the fairy is directly full. Red back grocery store retro feeling full score, the little tiger puppet is cute to foul, the old objects are like movie screenshots. ⚠️ Notes 1. Anti-mosquito liquid + sunshade hat is necessary, there are really many bugs 2. Wear anti-slip shoes, the ground in Wonderland area is slippery 3. Bring enough snacks and water, the mountain is small and expensive 4. It is recommended to take the cable car directly under the age of 6 (80 yuan/person)
I have only seen Pofengling in autumn. Pofengling in autumn is famous for its red leaves, especially the red leaves of cotinus coggygria and torch, which form a sharp contrast with the green mountains and blue sky in the distance, forming a beautiful picture. The best viewing period for red leaves: October 1 to November 20 every year. History and Culture: At the foot of the mountain are the villas of Li Lianying, the great eunuch of the feudal dynasty, and Cao Kun, the warlord, where tourists can learn some history and culture.

best plan is to take cable car up to station 14 and walk towards station 4, take another gondola lift or luge down. Most are down slope from station 14 to station 4. I brought water and bread up, then realise few stations has small stall selling coffee, milk tea and food.
The place is fantastic and memorable where everyone should visit it at least once. It’s better to visit the place in early autumn which is not too cold and not too hot. Cable cars made it very easy to go uphill and enjoy the greatness of the wall without getting too tired

The Badaling Cable Car entrance is right after getting off the high-speed train. From a distance, it looked deserted, but the line inside was incredibly long. The single-ride cable car ticket was very useful, allowing for barrier-free access. Traveling off-peak was a good option, so it took only 40 minutes to board the cable car, which took us directly to Tower 7. We climbed the steep slopes, then the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th. Perseverance is key. If you can climb the Great Wall, you can do anything.
