As a visitor to the Hyatt Park, I was lucky enough to eat at the restaurant for three meals. I am not sure about the negative reviews here because I personally think it is excellent. The breakfast menu is not very extensive, but everything we ordered was very good. The iced latte is the best way to start the day. Lunch is also very good. The a la carte dishes and salads are also very good if you don't want to eat the Khmer cuisine that is everywhere in the city. Dinner is always excellent, the wine list is great, and there are very good cocktails. My children are happy with the children's menu, and the wait staff are always close to meet any needs. Although I stayed at another hotel, I would return here any time. The experience is very romantic, special, and it is really beautiful
Recommended restaurant, great environment. The dishes ordered are delicious! Don't forget to come when you come to Siem Reap

The dishes are very exquisite, taste good, the service is good, and the price is high. The food portion is really not big, boys may think it is not enough. The environment is very simple and elegant, with a lot of space between each table. The guests who come to dine here are polite and quiet. There is a set menu here, with two options; if two people come to eat, they can each order a meal and share it. There are also many choices of drinks and wine. It’s very hot in Cambodia during the day, so it’s very comfortable to eat here at night after a day of sightseeing.
