It's a rare place to eat goose meat, and the product is excellent
The goose skin is soft and salty, the goose meat is tough and firm, the fat layer is sweet and juicy, the taste is plump and delicate, the layers are distinct, and it's not dry or greasy. The more you chew, the more fragrant it is. It's so good! It's definitely worth a try!
The braised tofu served with it was a bit inferior. I don't know why it smelled burnt. It could be a bit more tender and smooth.
/ Pork trotter jelly /
It was so slippery that it was hard to pick up with chopsticks. It was very chewy. The pork trotter jelly would melt after a long time. It was very fresh. You could also eat the pork trotter meat inside. The taste was really amazing.

Lipu taro is cut into strips and fried until crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside, then reverse fried with sugar icing, it is soft and sweet in the mouth, not greasy at all
Although the sugar layer is not very crispy, it tastes closer to what you make at home. The sweetness of white sugar and the fragrance of taro are the most charming!
