It's a wonderful attraction, excellent in every way, and quite famous. The naturally formed karst landscape is truly captivating, and it's a must-see in Chongqing. I would also highly recommend visiting Wulong's Three Natural Bridges for friends and family visiting Chongqing. I do think there's one area that could be improved, and this is my personal opinion. The attraction is a single path from beginning to end, so it should provide more warnings and information. This would prevent you from missing out on certain attractions, such as the overlook. The Tianguan Mansion is also overly commercial, with its many photo ops and clothing rental areas. It's a shame to spoil such a prime attraction.
The scenery is beautiful, but the fact that the scenic area requires the rotating elevator to be included in the ticket price is really disappointing. 45 yuan for a 10-second elevator ride, when the previous vertical elevator was free and much less walking. Taking into account the 45 yuan, the value for the beautiful scenery is not high enough.

The zoo is not big but well planned so you won't go the wrong way. We rented an electric scooter so it was easy to explore the whole zoo in the summer. If you want to see the pandas, you have to get there early because if you get there late the temperature will rise and the pandas will go back to the air conditioner. There are also several bird parks in the zoo, which should be exciting for children.
The Chongqing Zoo has a strong sense of life. They're always busy and often get into fights [breaks into laughter].
Qi Sanmei, who loves working the most, is still the most dedicated. She follows her mom when she's out, and plays on her own when she's back. So adorable!

The crack in the ground is seriously underestimated. Qixingzhai is basically not as good as the mountains in Zhangjiajie. The design of the scenic area is not very reasonable and I walked a lot of detours. The slide cannot be used. It costs 200 for a small section and 500 for lifting it to a stick of incense. 🈶 Helicopter, 10 kilometers 688, unfortunately it cannot be done on the same day
I spent a full seven hours there. The Yunlong Ground Crack route design is simply amazing. I walked to the end and took the vertical ladder up and then down the stairs. The elevator queue started at one hour. The announcement suggested climbing the stairs next to it, saying it only took 20 minutes. I had walked all day and my energy was at its limit. I worked hard to climb up and then had to go downhill again. It would have been better to go back the same way. The Yunlong Ground Crack didn't feel worth it. There are too many secondary sales in the scenic area. There are many food and drink stations along the way. Overall it's okay.

Chongqing's night view is truly spectacular. The Two Rivers Cruise was a great experience. The boat ride lasted about 40 minutes, and you could see the light shows of Yuzhong Peninsula, Nanbin Road, and Beibin Road. I recommend taking the boat at night, but it was too crowded and there was no room. I upgraded to VIP, but the value for money was worse.
After boarding the boat, we bought VIP tickets and sat at the bow. The scenery was beautiful, and there were snacks, juice and fruit. Fortunately, we were on the first boat and did not have to queue up. We boarded the boat directly. As soon as we boarded the boat, Hongya Cave was lit up, and it was not too late to get off the boat.

This is probably the smallest 5A scenic spot I've visited. Cross the wind and rain bridge to a small island above. The island has a nice cultural atmosphere, including the typical Baidi Temple. You need to take a boat across from Zhongyi Ferry. The scenery here is good, with a clear view of Qutang Gorge and the 10 RMB ticket image. The observation deck above the museum is also nice.

Alpine pastures are very different from grasslands, and first-timers to Wulong might find them a bit disorienting. Driving to Fairy Mountain is highly recommended for its convenience. If traveling by public transportation, first take the high-speed rail to Wulong South Station, then take the blue bus to Fairy Town (also known as the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center). Eat and stay nearby, then take the bus from the Visitor Center to Fairy Mountain. Since the Forest Eye is located outside of Fairy Mountain, you can first visit the Fairy Mountain Sightseeing Station, explore the grasslands and the most beautiful highway, and then take the scenic area transfer bus to the Forest Eye.

I'm sure this combo ticket might be confusing, so I'll try to explain it clearly.
1. Online: Same-day tickets must be purchased before 4:00 PM. Tickets for the daytime sessions at the rock carvings must be checked in before 5:00 PM.
Offline: After 4:00 PM, only single-day tickets are available for the Nanshan Rock Carvings, costing 30 yuan. The Beishan Rock Carvings offer night tours, and tickets can be purchased on-site at 7:30 PM. You can also purchase a combined Baodingshan and Beishan ticket on-site, which grants same-day admission and multiple entries within three days. The Baodingshan Visitor Center customer service told me that after 4:00 PM, only single-day tickets are available for Baodingshan offline. However, I figured if I could access Beishan, then it wouldn't make sense for Baodingshan to be unavailable. Unfortunately, I didn't call the ticketing office to confirm. The contact number for ticketing inquiries can be found on the Dazu Rock Carvings official account or mini-program. If you have any questions about tickets, please be sure to call their dedicated ticketing number; they provide more professional answers than the scenic area's telephone number.
2. The Baodingshan and Beishan combined ticket grants multiple entries within three days, including the Beishan evening session. For the free Nanshan Rock Carvings, you need to confirm at a manual counter; facial recognition won't let you in.
3. For a combined ticket with the digital cinema, you select the time slot for the digital cinema. You can visit any day within three days. It's okay to miss your selected time slot; there were not many people on the day we went, so we were let in straight away.
4. The visitor center is quite large. Turn right from the parking lot. It's a yellow building. Past the cultural and creative store with pink floral decorations, continue inside. The cinema ticket gate is on the right. There are two screenings, one 4K and one dome. Both are excellent. I highly recommend choosing a dome for commercial cinemas.
5. Transportation: We stayed at the Shanshang Guantang Hotel, which is recommended. So, we started directly from the Baoding Mountain scenic area entrance. We walked for a while to the main gate, where there were dancing and piano performances. We then took the scenic shuttle bus to the area near the museum. From the museum, it was another five-minute walk to the actual Baoding Mountain ticket gate. We only took this section of the shuttle bus. Normally, the route from the visitor center to the summit should also include... 6. Taking the bus from Baoding Mountain to Beishan takes over half an hour, and the buses run out around 6 PM. Night tours are on your own.
7. Guided Tours: Follow the Dazu Rock Carvings official account. There are free guided tours at Baoding Mountain and Beishan, and they're quite informative. There's also a voice pack produced by Gumao at Baoding Mountain for 15 RMB, but I think it's not as good as the free guides on the official account. The scenic area is crowded, so I listened to the manual guides a few times. Personally, I felt that the content was a bit more informative than the audio guides, but there wasn't a qualitative difference. However, for large groups and elderly people, I recommend using a manual guide, which uses headphones for convenience and creates a more engaging atmosphere. Besides, finding a job is difficult these days.
8. The Beishan night tour is highly recommended. It's less crowded and has special effects. You can buy souvenirs to support the staff, who work hard. It's also a good idea to bring cat food to feed the cats at Nanshan and Baoding Mountain.
