Xianghai Nature Reserve is located in Xinglongshan Town, Xianghai Township, Tongyu County, Jilin Province, covering an area of about 100,000 hectares, of which 60% is water. It was opened in 1981, promoted to national level in 1986, and listed in the World Important Wetland List in 1992. It is now a national 4A-level scenic spot. The main protected objects in the reserve are ten first-level protected animals and rare birds such as red-crowned cranes, white storks, and great bustards, as well as a large number of second-level animals.
Xianghai Nature Reserve is located in the southwest corner of Xinglongshan Town, Xianghai Township, Tongyu County, Jilin Province, with an area of about 100,000 hectares. It was established in 1981 and became a national wetland reserve in 1986. There are more than 10 first-class animals and more than 40 second-class animals in the reserve, mainly the habitat of rare birds such as red-crowned cranes and white storks. The main attractions in the reserve include Crane Island, Museum, Xianghai Temple, Huangyulin, etc.
