Figure 2 Yixiangyuan mutton pilaf, a restaurant strongly recommended by the locals. A 70-year-old grandmother gave 4 large pieces of meat for 40 yuan. The portion and taste were amazing!! Figure 3 Nuriman fig pilaf, which I queued for 20 minutes on Hotan Second Street. It was delicious but not much meat.
Figure 4 Xiloulan pilaf taken out of the hotel. The meat was delicious, but the rice was too hard, and the grains were clearly paper. Xinjiang snacks
Figure 5 Bart Catering · Xinjiang cuisine, sand onion eggs and mutton skewers were delicious, and other dishes were average.
