This store is close to Wuhan Square and is a popular online Shaomai store in Wuhan. You can often see many people queuing up when you pass by.
There is a Shaomai making window, a Shaomai ticket office, and a ticket office for old bread buns and steamed buns in the store. Most of the people queuing up are buying steamed buns.
I bought a signature heavy oil Shaomai here, which is fresh meat and mushroom Shaomai. The price is 8 yuan per tael for 4 pieces. I also bought three steamed buns for 7 yuan, including a large fresh meat bun for 2 yuan, a large pickled vegetable bun for 2 yuan, and a large sauced meat bun for 3 yuan.
There are no seats for dine-in in the store, and the take-out packaging fee needs to be paid separately. The small paper bowl is 20 cents each, the medium paper bowl is 30 cents each, and the bowl with lid is 1 yuan each. The small paper bowl I gave, a total of 15.2 yuan, scan the code to pay.
Their siomai are good, with thin skin and fragrant meat, heavy oil and soft glutinous, and the diced pork and mushrooms are substantial, and taste fresh, spicy and flavorful.
As for the steamed buns, I think the meat fillings in the fresh meat buns and the braised meat buns are quite delicious, but the pickled vegetable buns are not tasty enough, and the bun skin is thicker, not as soft as the siomai skin, and I didn't eat the bun skin in the end.
