It was my first time to eat at Lao Zhai Ou Xiang. The dishes were totally beyond my expectations. They were all authentic Hubei dishes, which made me feel the real taste of old Wuhan. I ordered four dishes with my friends. I have to say that the lotus root soup was really delicious. The lotus root soup with rice was really a must. The braised Wuchang fish was also very good. The fish meat was very tender. As soon as I ate it, I knew that it was definitely fresh fish! The waiter's attitude was also very good, and he specially introduced us how to eat Wuchang fish!

The goldfish and lotus ice powder is crystal clear~ Goldfish sparkling water, it brings the breeze of the lotus pond~ Lotus milk jelly, the milk jelly is dense and smooth, like eating clouds~ The pork ribs and lotus root soup that has been on CCTV, you must try it! The pink lotus root is two meters long! 这家店就在汉口恒隆广场里面,临时一个人过来吃饭,没想到工作日都人挺多的。它家环境还是蛮不错的,整个装修风格古色古香,就餐的氛围现场比较热闹。凉菜拼盘有顺风和皮蛋这些,份量比想象中要足。雪花牛肉很厚实,吃着有嚼劲,黑椒味比较浓郁。羊排没什么羊膻味,肉质鲜嫩多汁,味道还不错。
