We drove from northern Xinjiang back to southern Xinjiang and passed by Kuitun. We stopped by and had a general experience. I don't think it's necessary to come here specifically to see it. The Yadan landform is not very spectacular.
I didn't have much hope at first, but when I got to the scenic spot, I was amazed. The service was well organized, the karst landforms were super photogenic, and the key point was that the prices of restaurants in the scenic area were the same as in the city. It's unbelievable. I really have to give a thumbs up to this.

Admission is free by appointment. The first floor is under renovation, but the second and third floors are open. The second floor has seven exhibition halls, mainly showcasing Xinjiang's development history and the evolution of handicrafts, agriculture, mining, and culture. The third floor has four exhibition halls dedicated to cultural relics and Party building.
It was my first time in Xinjiang. The tour guide I booked was very nice. He contacted us in advance and informed us of the walking route, parking location, and tips for entering the museum. He also gave very good explanations and a wide range of knowledge. He combined our basic understanding of Xinjiang with a targeted introduction. He also had a very good grasp of the rhythm and the content of the explanation was easy to understand. It was a very good experience.

The scenery of the scenic spot is quite good, and it is worth a visit for taking photos. You can take a sightseeing bus, ride a camel, or walk. I think it is a good idea to take a sightseeing bus.
The Tianshan Grand Canyon, renowned for its magnificent natural scenery, attracts countless visitors. The canyon's peculiar peaks and rocks showcase the wonders of nature. The unique Danxia landforms create a breathtaking spectacle. Hiking through the canyon offers a chance to fully experience the charm of nature. The immersive experience is like stepping into a magnificent painting.

Overall it is worth a look, it has an exotic feel, but the business model is too simple and the same, the park car of more than 20 yuan is not expensive, it is okay to stop and go along the way
The Grape Valley Scenic Area, located northeast of Turpan City in Xinjiang, is a canyon on the west side of Huoyan Mountain. Named for its abundant grape production, it is a national 5A-level tourist attraction. Scenic Spot Features 1. Known as "the sweetest grapes in the world," Grape Valley is known for its freshly picked and eaten grapes. 2. Summer Resort The valley, shaded by trees and surrounded by streams, offers a cool climate, a stark contrast to the scorching temperatures of Huoyan Mountain, making it an ideal summer escape. 3. Five Major Tourist Areas (from north to south) Grape Valley Amusement Park: Features the "Thousand Tears Spring" waterfall, century-old mulberry trees, and a grape corridor. Wang Luobin Music and Art Museum: Exhibits the artistic career of Wang Luobin, the "King of Western Songs." Dawazi Folk Culture Park: Enjoy traditional Uyghur high-wire walking performances. Afanti Amusement Park: A folk park themed around Afanti culture. Oasis Grape Manor: Experience grape-picking, winemaking, and other activities. Address: Gaochang District, Turpan City, Xinjiang, approximately 11 kilometers from the city center. Opening Hours: 9:30 AM–7:30 PM. Admission Policy: Tickets will be withdrawn effective May 1, 2025.

It is definitely worth going. I always go there when my friends from the mainland come here. This time I brought my friends from Xiamen to watch the equestrian show. The program was much richer than what I have seen before. Every time it was so wonderful, the scene was very shocking and exciting!
The equestrian show was also fantastic. With the commentator's explanation, handsome horses made their grand entrances. Under the skillful guidance of the equestrian, they showed off their unique skills. There were also performances like chasing girls, horseback archery, and sheep-catching. The cutest one, pictured in Figure 5, was the smallest horse in the world. Don't be fooled by its small size; it ran incredibly fast.

Wulungu Lake in Fuhai, Xinjiang, is a 4A-level scenic spot in the National Wetland Park. Boasting abundant sunshine and situated farthest from the sea, it boasts a unique combination of sand dunes, beaches, yardang landforms, wetlands, wild cold-water fish, and a variety of birds, creating a rare marine tourism resource. The towering statue of "Nuwa Mending the Sky" transports visitors to ancient legends. A visit here offers a unique experience of scenic beauty.
The first lake I visited on my Northern Xinjiang mini-loop, about 30 kilometers off the S21 Awu Expressway heading towards Altay. The lake is beautiful, but poorly maintained. The various water activities around the lake, including speedboats and motorboats, and the high-powered speakers, were incompatible with the quiet beauty of the desert lake and quite ruined the atmosphere.

This scenic area is a bit small, and I finished it in less than an hour, but it was quite interesting to see the various structures of the Karez. Parking is very convenient, with a large parking lot at the entrance. It is also located in Turpan City, making it easy to drive.
The reservation was quite rushed, and later I found out that there are three scenic spots in Karez, Folk Custom Park, Jiaoheyi and Karez Paradise. The Folk Custom Park is closer to the city, and there is an old man's shop at the door that you can visit together. Jiaoheyi and the paradise are together, a little farther from the city, but it is said that Jiaoheyi can go down 60 meters underground for a better experience, but the Folk Custom Park is bigger.

Karakul Lake means "Black Lake" in Uyghur. It gets its name from the fact that its waters, located on the Pamir Plateau, appear dark and inky when bathed in sunlight. Karakul Lake is surrounded by Muztagh Ata, Kongur Peak, and Kongur Jiubie Peak. The towering mountain ridges and blue skies and white clouds are reflected in the clear waters, creating a breathtakingly beautiful scenery that makes for exceptional photographs.
🌟 Karakul Lake, the dazzling pearl of the Pamir Plateau, is a breathtakingly beautiful hidden gem absolutely worth a photo op! 📍 Ideally situated just off National Highway 314, it's a must-stop on the way to Tashkurgan, and conveniently located about a two-hour drive from Kashgar. 🏞️ Breathtaking scenery! The lake, perched at an altitude of 3,600 meters, boasts crystal-clear waters that transform into a dazzling array of colors, from azure blue to golden red to inky black, reminiscent of a fairyland, depending on the light and weather. Set against the backdrop of the towering Muztagh Ata, the "Father of Glaciers," its reflection is crystal clear, reflected in the lake. The view, framed by the three snow-capped peaks of Kongur Peak and Kongur Jiubie Peak, is a classic postcard-worthy view of the Pamir Plateau. 📸 A photographer's paradise! Whether it's the lake and mountains by day or the starry Milky Way at night, this place promises stunning photos. The sight of the Milky Way rising from Muztagh Ata on summer nights is particularly spectacular. Furthermore, the scenic area has relaxed regulations, allowing camping by the lake, making it an excellent platform for stargazing and time-lapse photography. 🎫 Tickets currently cost 45 yuan per person for adults, with discounts for students and seniors. Although some visitors claim to be free, most report requiring a ticket, so it's recommended to plan ahead. 🐎 Horseback and camel riding are available within the scenic area, and the sight of yaks and camels by the lake adds a touch of exotic charm to your photos. Be mindful of the prices and negotiate accordingly. ⚠️ Tips: - The weather in the plateau is unpredictable, and even in summer, it can be windy and cold. Be sure to bring windproof, warm clothing, and sunglasses. - Due to the high altitude, those with weaker constitutions are advised to bring oxygen tanks and avoid strenuous exercise. - The best time to visit is from April to October, but the snow-covered scenery of winter offers a unique charm, perfect for those who enjoy snowy scenery and a tranquil atmosphere. In short, Karakul Lake combines snow-capped mountains, lakes, grasslands, and a starry sky. Its natural scenery is pristine and magnificent, making it one of the most spiritual attractions not to be missed on the southern Xinjiang route. Highly recommended!

The sea of flowers in Tianshan is a palette kissed by the wind - lavender spreads into purple mist, rapeseed spreads like a golden carpet, and the snow-capped mountains in the distance are the white space that has not dried yet. You can ride a horse in the flower path, watch the shadows of clouds passing over the tips of the flowers, and even the air is soaked with sweetness.
Tianshan Flower Sea is very big. You need to take a battery car to enter the scenic area. There are lavender fields, sunflower fields, etc. Different flowers bloom in different seasons. The sunflowers are the most beautiful in July. After booking the ticket, pick up the ticket at the entrance of the scenic area. It is very convenient
