Originally just to take pictures and punch a card, I didn't expect the cultural relics inside to be amazing, not losing the Forbidden City in Beijing, China, cultural and creative products are also dizzying, lingering. I returned full of, reluctant to give up. There is also a restaurant inside, the food is delicious and the service is very good, which is one of my favorite places in Taipei.
I am on my own journey in Taipei. The Taipei Forbidden City is a must-go ~ I bought a voice guide. Every cultural relics exhibit has been read and listened to a lot of introductions. It is a very shocking spiritual washing! Finally, I bought cabbage ice stickers and bookmarks for unforgettable memories.

Sun Moon Lake is pure magic—a breathtaking blend of natural beauty, cultural charm, and serene vibes. Surrounded by misty mountains and lush forests, the lake reflects the sky like a mirror, especially stunning at sunrise and sunset. You can cycle around the lake on one of Asia’s most scenic bike trails, take a peaceful boat ride, or explore nearby temples like Wenwu Temple for a spiritual touch. The blend of indigenous culture, local food, and scenic spots makes every moment here unforgettable.
Walking into the Sun Moon Lake, which is a picture in elementary school textbooks and passports, the lake and mountains are beautiful and the environment is beautiful. The cruise ship and cable car tickets are worth buying, and the Ama tea eggs at "Xuanguang Wharf" are delicious. The Assam black tea is fragrant, and the aboriginal cuisine is exquisite and delicious.

Stepping into Taipei Zoo, it is like a wonderful natural exploration journey. The layout is clever, according to the geographical ecological partition, the Asian tropical rainforest area is lush, water vapor, Malay lizard, Asian elephant and other animals live at ease; Australia's animal area is full of unique creatures, kangaroos jumping, koalas dozing. The popular science signs in the park can be seen everywhere, introducing animal habits, living environment, and parents who bring children are patiently explaining to children and letting knowledge be passed on in interaction. The most memorable thing is to see the "tuan" and "round", which are very caring for pandas from the mainland. They are sloppy, or eat bamboo, or lazy to roll, and the cute look makes tourists laugh and draws closer to the emotions on both sides of the Straits. Walking in the garden, not only can enjoy the animals, but also feel the garden's care for the animals, and the importance of science education, is a full and warm travel.
The place was huge and it was way too crowded even on a weekday. Some of the enclosures was closed too. So didnt get to see some animals. But overall was quite ok. Love the monkeys exhibit and panda.

Good to spend a day with family at Maokong Gondola. Stop at Taipei Zoo to see wildlife animals.
I bought the combo for Maokong Gondola + Zoo on the spot and it's immediately redeem by scanning QR code. Then pay NT$50 at the station upgrade to Crystal cabin. So easy! From Zoo station, you need to walk about 8mins to Gondola Station. Go for Gondola first then when descending from Maokong station, you can align at zoo south station to take Zoo's train into Zoo. No need to walking back to Zoo station, save a lot of time when travel with kid. Taipei Zoo is one of my favourite zoo in the world. Animals are energetic and the park layout is great, a lot to see so expect to spend 3hrs in the Zoo for a fun day.

Take the cable car to enjoy the scenery of Taipei City, along the way is also green, the mountain wind is relatively large, it feels cool. There are many shops selling tea, and the clerks are warm and friendly.
The weather above is very good. Easy to travel by Maokong cable car It takes about half a clock to arrive upstairs and is very convenient.

Im afraid of heights but I can’t resist the beauty of the building inside and outside. It was indeed a nice sightseeing when you’re at the top.
I feel that there are super high buildings everywhere, so after the third visit to Taipei, I only came to Taipei 101 with the mentality of coming. I may be familiar with the main landmarks in Taipei. It is quite interesting to re-understand these landmarks from the perspective of high altitude. In January, when the baseball memorial exhibition, Taiwan's love of baseball events can be seen. As a landmark attraction in Taipei, it will not be disappointing. But compared to many other interesting places, this attraction does not need to be placed on the priority list.

Jiufen Old Street, located in the mountains of northern Taiwan, is a charming historic village known for its narrow alleys, traditional teahouses, and stunning hillside views. The town’s nostalgic atmosphere and beautiful lantern-lit streets make it a must-visit destination.
absolutely beautiful place, the lights are so pretty and there is so much food to try. however, please remember to take cash or you'll struggle. try a strawberry tiramisu mochi that was my favorite.
