The hotel Chinese restaurant has a great environment. The Cantonese dishes are delicious and taste very good.
The authentic same school of the Michelin one-star Mingge, it still focuses on Cantonese cuisine, with some local characteristics of Xuzhou. The average price per person is about 300-500 yuan/person. It should be considered a relatively high-end restaurant in Xuzhou. When it opens, you will get some dining credits when you book room packages on various platforms.
Overall, it is good. The welcoming tea osmanthus oolong has a unique shape, a small wine glass, and some dishes that won gold and silver awards are reproduced, such as the domineering Golden Dragon Armor (shrimp, cod)
Other Hong Kong and Cantonese dishes are online in terms of soup quality. The service is worthy of the 10% service charge. Each dish will have a brief introduction, unlike a certain Sha Hall. I still don’t understand where the 15% service charge is.
The environment is relatively simple, there are not many seats, about 30, but the space is large and comfortable.
Disadvantages: This kind of restaurant is naturally not cheap, the portion is usually more delicate, and there are not many menu categories at present.
