The Chinese restaurant in Dayang Bay Yihe Lakeside Hotel seems to be the top-level Huaiyang cuisine restaurant in Yancheng. The environment in Dayang Bay Scenic Area is extremely good, with all garden-style private rooms, quiet and elegant. Reservations are required in advance, and guests staying in the hotel will be guided to the guest rooms. The restaurant private rooms are antique style, not necessarily large, but very elegant. I chose a set meal, and the dishes were exquisite and touching. After sitting down, the dishes were served one by one, beautiful and appetizing. Tasting them one by one, Yancheng's Huaiyang cuisine is also quite punctual. Good weather, good scenery, and good food, it's worth the trip.
