For lazy people, the 4-hour express cable car ride with two sections is a great experience. The only downside is the steep and slightly scary climb to the Golden Summit. The entire route was shrouded in gray, but after rounding a bend, the sky cleared instantly, revealing a beautiful blue sky and Golden Summit. There were convenient food stalls like KFC and "Overlord Tea" on the mountain.
A group of four drove up Laojun Mountain and parked at the Yunjing Cableway parking lot. We entered the visitor center at 12:30 PM. Having purchased our tickets online in advance, we quickly boarded the cableway, making our ascent to the summit and enjoying the stunning scenery. Details are as follows: Itinerary - Ascent: First, take the Yunjing Cableway (approximately 10 minutes) directly to Zhongtianmen. Then, transfer to the Fenglin Cableway (approximately 5 minutes) to the entrance of the Ten-Li Painting Screen. Walk through the Fairyland Tunnel and along a section of the Ten-Li Painting Screen (a typical walk of about an hour), enjoying the scenic views along the way. Climb to the Golden Temple. Only bring water and chocolate with you on the mountain. Wear windproof clothing or a down jacket. - Descent: At 6:15 PM, after taking photos at the Golden Summit, we quickly descended the same way we came. First, take the second-level cableway (Fenglin Cableway), waiting in line for about 20 minutes. Then, take the first-level cableway (Yunjing Cableway), where the line was shorter.

Tickets were easy to buy and no need to pick them up. The Shaolin Temple scenic area is beautiful, with the Shuce Cliff Mountain peaks being particularly striking. I didn't go to the top of the mountain or watch any performances, so my visit only took half a day.
Mount Song is beautiful in autumn, especially the ginkgo trees in Shaolin Temple. The scenic area is quite large, so plan your itinerary carefully, especially considering whether you want to hike to the Sanhuangzhai Temple.

The ruins park is worth a visit. It was recommended by a colleague and it was worth the trip. The underground exhibition hall and the exhibition hall are quite far apart. You can take the free shuttle bus within the park, but it is quite rare and you have to wait.
Such a great site! Almost no one there. Note that this ticket is a QR code, not tied to your passport. Don't stop at the entrance booth, just go straight to the underground museum section and they'll scan the QR code.

The scenic area is very clean, the toilets have toilet paper, the service staff are very enthusiastic, there are not too many tourists, the scenery is very good, people with poor legs and feet can also go, there are buses, cable cars, slides, and not many steps to climb
The weather wasn't kind. After traveling over a thousand kilometers, I encountered a rainy day. The dense fog limited the view, which was quite a disappointment, but it also had a unique charm. The thick fog made the mountain scenery even more ethereal and mysterious. With so few tourists, it felt like exploring a fairyland. Besides the autumnal mountain scenery, the ancient architecture was also a highlight. The caisson murals on the eaves of the Yangtai Palace are unique in Henan Province. Even the Nantianmen and Ying'en Palace are worth seeing as ancient architectural masterpieces. Although it was the National Day holiday, there were no waiting times for the sightseeing buses and cable cars, and the other painless mountain climbing facilities were also sparsely populated. The experience was excellent.

The forest coverage rate in Shaohua Mountain Scenic Area is super high. Take the Jingjiao car to Shimenxia, enter the hiking route, shuttle among the dense woods, listen to birds singing, watch squirrels jump, and luckily find some rare plants. This feeling of being close to nature is great.
Shaohua Mountain Icefall | A dreamlike wonder limited to winter✨ My dears, I am really speechless by the beauty of Shaohua Mountain's icefall! Walking into the scenic area, it seems like stepping into a world of ice and snow. From a distance, the icefall is like a huge white curtain, vertically falling from the mountains, shining charmingly under the sunlight. As you get closer, you can see that the ice layer presents a wonderful texture, some like fish scales, some like feathers, and the uncanny craftsmanship of nature is amazing. The surrounding branches are wrapped in ice, like crystal carvings. When the wind blows, it makes a crisp sound, like a piece of music played in fairyland. Standing under the icefall, the shock hits the soul directly. Its beauty cannot be fully described in words. Only by seeing it with your own eyes can you truly experience it. This winter, you must come to Shaohua Mountain for a date with the icefall. Believe me, you will be deeply impressed by its beauty! #Shaohua Mountain #Ice Waterfall #Winter Beauty

This ancient city is worth a visit. It is the hometown of Tai Chi and has a history of more than 2,000 years. These attractions are all worth seeing. The combined ticket is very cost-effective and highly recommended!
The planning is so good now. I haven't been there in years, and I was completely blown away! The facilities are much better, the activities are more interesting, and the environment is very clean. There are also many unique restaurants and places that young people like. It's quite good.

This is a scenic spot worth visiting, and I highly recommend driving, as it's more convenient. If you're using public transportation, there are now very convenient buses from Anyang. The ticket is valid for two days, and if you have three attractions, you can stagger your visits – it's fantastic!
It's well worth a visit to see the majestic Taihang Mountains, the soaring grandeur of the Grand Canyon, the waterfalls of the Taihang Grand Canyon, the thrilling Luban Ladder, and the ancient site built halfway up the mountain, which is spectacular.

The three-day validity of the Yuntai Mountain ticket is definitely worthwhile. The mountains and waters here are beautiful, and staying at the service area makes it convenient to take the scenic shuttle bus, perfect for a leisurely visit. There are also many restaurants in the service area along the shore for convenience.
Yuntai Mountain is one of the most beautiful canyons in the 800-li Taihang Mountains, with Hongshi Gorge being its most scenic spot, boasting Danxia canyon landscapes rarely seen in northern my country. The scenic area is easily accessible. Tickets are valid for three days, and the facilities within the scenic area are comprehensive. Seniors aged 60 and above are admitted free of charge, only requiring a transportation fee, a relatively favorable policy.

The three wonders of Jinci Temple are the Zhou Cypress, Song Dynasty painted sculptures, and Nanlao Spring, all located in the Jinci Museum in Taiyuan City. Built to commemorate Shuyu, the second son of King Wu of Zhou, Jinci Temple was first constructed before the Northern Wei Dynasty. Located at the source of the Jin River at the foot of Xuanweng Mountain, the existing Zhou Cypress is a relic from the Western Zhou Dynasty, over 3,000 years old; originally two trees, only one remains. The 43 Song Dynasty painted sculptures in the Holy Mother Hall feature the Holy Mother Yi Jiang as the main figure, with attendant figures in various poses, showcasing the realistic style of Northern Song court figures. Nanlao Spring is the main source of the Jin River, with a constant water temperature of 17℃. It is associated with the legend of "Liu Shi sitting in the urn," and the adjacent Water Mother Pavilion houses a statue of Liu Shi, who is said to have become an immortal, known as the "Water Mother Goddess," a name derived from the Book of Songs during the Northern Qi Dynasty.
Visiting this place at the end of November, I experienced the golden autumn scenery. The park in front is large and beautiful, and the culture inside Jinci Temple is also worth exploring. It's a wonderful place.

The scenery is picturesque, and the air is exceptionally fresh! A great weekend getaway for families, it's not far from downtown Taiyuan. From the GreenTree Inn near the Affiliated Hospital of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, drive south along Jinci Road for 40 minutes. It's incredibly convenient. Bring some snacks if you want to fully explore the area, but there's hot water, instant noodles, and a restaurant at the top. It's fantastic!
I took a taxi to Tianlongshan Grottoes in a hurry, but was stopped 3 kilometers away from the scenic area. I was told that the scenic area was closed due to freezing. I had to go to Longshan Grottoes instead. To my surprise, there was almost no one there. It was really the quietest place to check in during the Spring Festival.
