An unexpected bonus was meeting many cats at the zoo, which added a lot of fun. Some of them were so thin and bony; it broke my heart. I hope the zoo can have compassion and give these little creatures, who are struggling to survive the winter, more care. We are willing to support any crowdfunding efforts needed. Thank you.
This is a must-see spot in Taiyuan. I went in early November, and the autumn colors were absolutely stunning. You can take your time to appreciate the scenery, explore at your own pace, and even visit the park outside. You could easily dedicate a whole day to it; half a day would be too rushed.

Everyone goes through difficult times: financial hardship, job setbacks, academic pressure, and the anxiety of unrequited love. Those who persevere will find life opens up new possibilities; those who don't will learn to make peace with their circumstances over time. What you overcome becomes experience; what you don't, becomes lessons—both are beneficial. What I want is favoritism, not love. This world is cruelly fair, and I only want to be the exception.
You can think of it as a photography studio set in a Tang Dynasty-style garden. The night view is beautiful, and nearly half of the visitors are there for travel photography. The ticket price is a bit expensive. It's located right across from the Datang Everbright City street; it's optional.

That's great! It's worth coming. There are so many shows, you can't watch them all. The Three Attacks on Zhu Family Village is so realistic. The interior design is innovative. I'll definitely come back for two days next time. I didn't get enough of it. The food is very cheap, and the water and drinks are very affordable, about the same price as outside!
The scenic spot is very unique, striving to reflect the characteristics of the ancient capital of the Song Dynasty. The performances are diverse, with high visitor participation, and the NPCs are very friendly. The "Three Attacks on Zhu Family Village" is particularly exciting.

Today's visit to "Only Henan: A City of Theatrical Fantasy" deeply moved me. In the grand narrative of *The Railway Station Theater*, I witnessed a poignant and intense brotherly bond—Li Shiyi, the elder brother of Li Shiba, harboring an almost tragic tolerance and boundless love for his brother. The horrors of the 1942 Henan famine were reenacted on stage, the desperate scene of starving people scrambling for food was suffocating. When Li Shiyi, desperately seeking some life-saving seeds from his brother, the stationmaster, learned that the price would be his brother's life, his world crumbled instantly. Ultimately, Li Shiba opened the granary to distribute the grain, sacrificing himself in the process. Li Shiyi's madness and breakdown upon learning all this vividly portrayed the struggle of humanity under extreme circumstances. The smaller theater production *Wheat, Oh Wheat* depicts the resilient landscape of the people of Henan, who have depended on the land for thousands of years. Those simple and hardworking farmers, dedicating their lives to the wheat fields, saw wheat not only as food but also as their roots and soul. With the southward advance of the Jin army at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, Henan was forever cut off from the dynastic capital, a historical turning point tinged with desolation and regret. Another short play, "Su Shi's Henan," succinctly portrays the tumultuous life of the literary giant Su Shi in just thirty minutes. From his initial fame through the imperial examinations, to his repeated demotions and fluctuating fortunes, until his eventual pardon but failure to return to the capital Bianjing, where he died and was buried in Henan, his poetry is filled with a magnanimous outlook on life and an optimistic view of hardship. Yet, isn't this also a kind of spiritual transcendence under the pressure of reality? Behind that "forced magnanimity" lies a profound undercurrent of unfulfilled ambition throughout his life. This trip was not merely a theatrical experience, but a profound dialogue with the land, history, and the depths of human nature.
I really loved it! The shows were all incredibly moving and well-made, and the entire park was beautifully designed. It's definitely worth spending a whole day there. If possible, avoid holidays for an even better experience! 😍

"The Longest Day in Chang'an" is a dreamlike journey through the Tang Dynasty! The friendly staff at the ticket counter enthusiastically answered all my questions, and stepping into the streets felt like stepping into a history book. The NPCs were vividly portrayed; I even encountered the poet Li Bai at the Taibai Tavern, and Cui Qi, the guardian of Chang'an, reappeared at the Jing'an Bureau. Interacting with them felt like meeting old friends. A series of wonderful performances followed, including folk acrobatics, Hu Ji dances, and ancient music. The local delicacies were dazzling—my favorite was the milk-filled fried dough stick! Every building and every detail perfectly showcased the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty, captivating me and making the trip truly worthwhile. 👍 Thumbs up to the staff!
The Hanfu experience was great and the theme block was fun. I would recommend going earlier due to it being a bit quieter activity wise towards the end of the day. Definitely dress up in Hanfu for the full experience.

The overall architectural style is well preserved, and the lantern festival is also very beautiful. However, the scenic area is very large, and there are relatively few cable cars, making it inconvenient to visit with elderly people.
It's worth a visit; the ruins evoke a sense of desolation, a testament to the decline of the once-prosperous Tang Dynasty. It truly embodies the sentiments of Du Fu's "The country is broken, but the mountains and rivers remain," and Zhang Yanghao's "Ten thousand palaces have all turned to dust"—a poignant and lamentable sight.

The Forest of Steles was a place I'd always wanted to visit, and this time my wish finally came true. I carefully observed each stele, gaining a great deal of knowledge. Having done my research beforehand and also eavesdropping on a tour guide's explanation, I filled in many gaps in my knowledge. The scenic area was serene, and the ginkgo leaves were a brilliant yellow, making for excellent photo opportunities.
Our guide, Huang Yifan, was truly outstanding. He told stories with humor, expanding on the fun while also providing professional historical knowledge. His knowledge base was incredibly rich, and the time flew by. The ticket was well worth it, and I highly recommend everyone to see Huang Yifan.

After watching "Xi'an Eternal Love," I realized that history can be so interesting! Through vivid stories and wonderful performances, the show gave me a deeper understanding of Xi'an's history. The special effects and set design on stage were very meticulous. For example, the Silk Road scene, with its endless yellow sand and camel caravans, felt like it transported me to the ancient Silk Road.
Today I took my girlfriend to the Xi'an Ancient Town Scenic Area. We took a lot of great photos, and my friends all said they were beautiful. With its lake and pagoda, the scenery is picturesque, and the architecture is full of ancient charm, making it perfect for taking pictures. The food is plentiful and diverse, and reasonably priced. The ancient buildings are grand and imposing, exuding a strong sense of history. The performance was the highlight; the special effects were realistic, and the scene transitions were stunning, allowing me to deeply experience the charm of Xi'an's history and culture.

It's alright. The Taiyuan Botanical Garden is quite well-built and large. You need to take a shuttle bus, and parking is convenient. The lights are even more beautiful at night.
Early winter was the perfect time to visit; the temperature was just right, and there wasn't an unbearable temperature difference between indoors and outdoors. I was very satisfied! The orchids were fantastic, and the cacti were large and adorable. I loved them.
