Xiucai said Mr. Liu's explanations were fascinating and detailed, with a thorough account of the historical and historical context. It felt like we'd traveled back to the Ming and Qing dynasties. Great! Clear and articulate. I highly recommend Xiucai.
Xiucai said that Teacher Liu's explanations were very interesting. She constantly reminded us of the important things to pay attention to along the way and even pointed out good photo spots. I'm a foreign tourist, and she even contacted me yesterday in advance. It was truly touching.

It was a great experience. I spent 1.5 days with my children and they had a lot of fun. I will come back to visit the park again next time. The restaurant "Three Sweepers" was super delicious. The queue was a bit long when we went at noon, but it was worth it when we tasted the delicious food.

The treasury where Heshen embezzled precious treasures was located behind the Buddhist building. There are windows of various shapes behind it. Bats and blessing symbolize many things, and Heshen considered himself a man of great blessings. Prince Gong's Mansion should be renamed Hefu. Touching the character for "Fu" written by Emperor Kangxi is like touching a blessing.
The Prince Gong Mansion truly lives up to its reputation as "half the history of the Qing Dynasty." Its gardens, pavilions, and towers are exquisite, and the mansion's architecture is magnificent. Touching the "Fu" stele inscribed with Emperor Kangxi's calligraphy brings good fortune, and the storytelling is fascinating. This perfect blend of history and garden art is well worth a visit!

The summit of the Five Great Mountains is a must-see. Plus, the wind was so strong online, so the family, young and old, opted for a lazy hike: a shuttle bus and cable car, then a short hike on their own. The shuttle bus cost 40 yuan, one way! That's a rip-off for just a short distance. The cable car cost 100 yuan one way, so we had to buy a new one for the return trip. The weather wasn't great, sometimes cloudy, sometimes sunny, and everywhere was crowded. It felt like we'd just had to be there.
Mount Tai is worth climbing. For those who are up for a challenge but have limited abilities, I recommend hiking up and taking the cable car and bus down. I started with my kids at 8:15 AM and reached Jade Emperor Peak at 4 PM. We didn't need to bring food or drinks, as they were heavy. We stopped along the way, bought water at food stalls, and then bought some food a few hours later, which wasn't expensive. However, I recommend arriving early, as after reaching Nantianmen, there are several scenic spots on the summit, and visiting them all takes at least an hour. Since we wanted to take the cable car down, which runs until 6 PM, we needed to allow at least an hour to queue, which wouldn't be enough time to visit all the attractions.

Entering from the south gate of the Temple of Heaven, you'll find the Qiutan complex. The Qiutan complex boasts four gates: Taiyuan Gate in the east, Zhaoheng Gate in the south, Chengzhen Gate in the north, and Guangli Gate in the west. The names of these four gates come from the Qian Gua in the Book of Changes. The Circular Mound Altar was the site for Ming and Qing emperors to hold ceremonies such as offering sacrifices to heaven during the winter solstice and praying for rain in the first month of summer. Its inner walls are circular, while its outer walls are square. Emperors would reside in the Zhai Palace three days before these ceremonies. Rain prayers were also held at the Circular Mound Altar every April. All sacrificial activities were conducted according to strict ritual.
Beijing's Temple of Heaven Park is located at the southern end of Beijing's central axis. In ancient times, it was the site of imperial sacrifices to heaven, and now it's a popular destination for the public. The Temple of Heaven Park boasts a convenient location, close to many famous attractions in old Beijing, such as Qianmen, Tianqiao, Yongdingmen, and Xiannongtan. This makes it a well-worthwhile stop for visitors. The Temple of Heaven's architecture is magnificent, rich in historical traces. I personally enjoy visiting the park, and there are many breakfast options near the park. Ciqikou Douzhi, located just outside the north gate, is a favorite. I've encountered foreigners enjoying Douzhi there several times.

Baotu Spring really exceeded my expectations. Although there were many tourists, when your eyes touched the spring water, all the sounds around you disappeared. The whole scenic area was a blend of flowing spring water and lush woods. It was wonderful!
Located on Baotu Spring Road in Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, it faces Quancheng Square to the east and Wulongtan to the north. It's the first of Jinan's 72 famous springs and a representative of artesian karst springs, sourced from the Ordovician karst aquifer south of the city. Well worth a visit!

The tour guide's explanation was detailed. You must ask for an explanation when visiting attractions in Beijing so that you can learn more about the historical stories behind them. The Summer Palace is very large, and taking a boat ride was very pleasant.
Stepping into the Summer Palace on the weekend, it seems to break into a long history of slowly unfolding. Walking along the Kunming Lake, the lake is sparkling, the cruise ship is like weaving, the Wanshou Mountain in the distance is lush, and the Buddha Pavilion is more solemn under the green trees. Entering the promenade, the beautiful paintings on the beams are exquisite, myths and legends, historical allusions are lifelike, people can not help but sigh the ingenuity of the ancients. Here, the pace of time has slowed down, and every scenery tells the story of the past, so that I am immersed in this strong historical and cultural atmosphere, and my body and mind have been baptized.

The royal gardens have many ancient buildings and rich cultural heritage. The park is very large. It is recommended to avoid visiting during peak hours for a better experience. It will be more interesting to learn about the relevant cultural background first.
See Shanxi through its above-ground cultural relics! Indeed, Shanxi's ancient architecture is truly exquisite! During the summer vacation, I worried about the overcrowding and booked tickets for the Jin Temple in advance. Actually, you can book or buy tickets on-site. Perhaps because the temple is small, visitors often visit and leave quickly, and don't stay long. The water of Nanlao Spring is incredibly clear, and the vitality of the Zhou cypress trees is astonishing. The exquisite architecture showcases the ingenuity of ancient Chinese craftsmen, and their stories tell the story of the long history and splendid civilization of the Chinese nation. Tickets are 80 yuan, with discounts available for some. Those with difficulty walking can take the scenic area's electric carts. Otherwise, the walk from the ticket office through the park area outside the Jin Temple and out of the scenic area via the exit route at the end of the tour is quite long.

The Hanging Temple, a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, is located on the cliffs of Cuiping Peak, west of Jinlong Gorge in Hengshan Mountain, Hunyuan County, Shanxi Province. It's often referred to as "The Hanging Temple, half a sky high, suspended in the air by three horsetails." Built 1,400 years ago in the late Northern Wei Dynasty, it's the only remaining temple in China that integrates Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. It's also the world's oldest surviving wooden structure built on a cliff face. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a ticket to the temple, so I just looked around.
It is very challenging to build a building on the cliff. The wisdom of the ancients is amazing. It is very challenging to climb up, especially at the third floor, my legs are shaking.

If you have faith, go to Mount Wutai. If you like taking photos, go to Mount Wutai. If you hike, you must climb to the Big Snail Peak. Climb the 1,008 steps to see all the other mountains. The mountain is in the clouds, the temple is in the mountain, and you are in the temple.
