The Beer Museum has a photo exhibition in Hall A and a process exhibition in Hall B. It's very Qingdao-style. The manhole covers and various cultural symbols on the way to the museum are particularly interesting.
The Tsingtao Beer Museum is a must-see attraction in Qingdao. It consists of two halls: A, which covers a century of history and culture, and B, which covers the production process. A full half-day tour is available, and you can even try beer snacks. It was quite crowded during the summer vacation. It was okay to come early in the morning, but by noon, there was a long line outside. It was quite interesting to learn about the history and production process of beer. You can also try the Tsingtao beer-flavored ice cream, which is quite unique. I also bought some Tsingtao beer-flavored potato chips. The taste was strange, but it was very satisfying and delicious.

Mount Laoshan, located in Laoshan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, is a famous tourist mountain in China and the highest peak on the Chinese coastline, earning it the nickname "The First Famous Mountain on the Sea." Mount Laoshan's terrain rises in the east and slopes gently in the west. Its main peak, Jufeng (also known as Laoding), stands at 1,132.7 meters above sea level, with a summit area of approximately 1.5 square kilometers. It has a warm temperate continental monsoon climate with distinct seasonal variations, abundant rainfall, moderate annual temperatures, and a mild climate. 17 Mount Laoshan boasts abundant, pure, and clear water resources, making it a key source of water for Tsingtao Beer. It boasts a diverse array of flora and fauna, with a forest coverage rate of 62.2% in the mountainous area, encompassing a variety of vegetation types, including forests, shrubs, grasses, and psammophytes. Furthermore, Mount Laoshan boasts abundant mineral resources, including granite, as well as 681 varieties of Chinese medicinal herbs, earning it the nickname "Natural Medicine Storehouse." Mount Laoshan's core tourist areas include seven scenic areas: Jufeng, Taiqing, Huayan, Yangkou, and Jiushui. Highlights include the Taiqing Enlightenment Tour, Jufeng Scenic Spots, Taiping Birthday Prayers, Huayan Blessings, and the Jiushui Art Gallery. Mount Laoshan is also one of the important birthplaces of Taoism in China, known as the "Second Great Forest of Quanzhen Taoism." In 1982, Mount Laoshan became one of the first national key scenic spots and is currently a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction and a national forest park.
For first-time visitors to Laoshan, I recommend three days. It's truly vast. On the first day, visit Taiqing and Huayan, on the second, Yangkou and Jiushui, and on the third, Jufeng. I personally think Laoshan is best suited for self-driving tours. The scenic bus stops directly at the parking lot, so you'll miss out on many scenic views along the way.

The environment is great, and many seagulls fly alongside the boat. We stayed on the island for two nights and left at 5pm after dinner. Most of the tourists had left by boat, and the island became very quiet. We took the kids for a stroll and caught some crabs at low tide. The staff at the island's convenience store and the hostess at the B&B were very welcoming, and the kids had a great time. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!
Liugong Island is more than just an island; it's a historical book on modern Chinese history. It's the birthplace of China's first modern Beiyang Navy and the site of national tragedy, where the Beiyang Navy was annihilated in the First Sino-Japanese War. Even after the smoke of war has cleared, the fortress remains. The ruins remain silent, but the historical record endures.

It's so beautiful! Many guides suggest a 3- or 4-hour tour, but I personally feel it's not enough. There are so many places worth stopping to admire! The cable car is a must-do; it's not long, but the scenery is definitely worth it! It was a little cloudy today, but it would be even more beautiful on a sunny day! East Fort, Penglai Pavilion, and the Laoshan Plank Road are all must-sees!
You must visit the beach in Penglai Pavilion. The beach is full of small stones. It is very comfortable to soak in the sea water after walking all day. We walked there instead of taking the cable car. The Penglai Pavilion is very beautiful. The Penglai noodles in the scenic spot are good and can be tasted.

My dears, we've discovered a treasure trove—the aquarium! This trip truly captivated me with the wonders of the ocean! As soon as I stepped through the aquarium's doors, it felt like I was enchanted, instantly disconnected from the bustling world outside. The first thing that caught my eye was the breathtaking "Deep Sea Screen," filled with all sorts of bizarre fish swimming through it.
It's a little smaller than expected. Because it was raining, we added a trip on the spur of the moment. The directions weren't very clear. We got off at the ride-hailing station. It's a bit far to walk down the path on the left and cross the road, so it's not very convenient with a stroller. Overall, it's a good place. There are a lot of animals, and the kids had a great time. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We even saw people swimming with sharks. The underwater tunnel is also great. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

A city with a seaside location is half romantic. The ocean park by the sea is a whole romantic world. Qingdao Polar Ocean Park is located on the seaside and is the first choice for Qingdao tours. The walrus show at the Horizon Theater is amazing. The host is very interactive and there are so many fish. I love it.

It was my first time at the aquarium, and it was quite a novelty. My parents were especially excited to see all the different kinds of fish! The aquarium is huge, and it would take at least a whole day to walk around it all!
The park is right outside the subway station. The coral pavilion is on the right side of the main gate. Don't go back. There is a mermaid show in the Polar Pavilion. The time is posted next to the performance venue, so it's easy to miss it if you don't pay attention. I went there on a rainy day, so there were not many people. The sea lion show was outdoors, with a tent for the stands, and the actors also performed in the rain. The little animals were adorable, cute and smart. The roller coaster stopped because of the rain, and I didn't go to the Bird's Singing Forest.

It was super fun, a great experience, and great value for the money! You can get up close and personal with the non-aggressive animals, and the free-range animals are of a wider variety, unlike some zoos where the animals are overfed. ~ I loved the giraffe restaurant the most; you could just grab a burger and interact with the giraffes up close. It was so exciting! The park is really large, and the ups and downs are quite strenuous, especially with a stroller. We did the magic carpet and slide at the end, which were super fun and worth it! There are free lockers at the visitor center, but it closes at 6 p.m. Afterwards, I went to Dalian to visit Laohutan Ocean Park, but I felt that Shendiaoshan was more fun.
It's a great place for children, as it's very interactive. However, each interactive step requires an additional fee, such as feeding giraffes, capybaras, and seals. You can buy apples, bananas, carrots, and chicken necks in advance at the Jiajiayue Supermarket in parking lot 5. They're quite expensive there, but staff won't let you feed them, so you'll have to do it secretly. It's not recommended for the elderly, or to take the sightseeing bus the entire way, but you'll miss many animals. There's a hill to climb right after entering the zoo, and then another hill to climb, which requires a lot of stamina.

The Dalian Forest Zoo is amazing! The environment is beautiful, like a natural oxygen bar, and there's a huge variety of animals, from adorable giant pandas to mighty lions and tigers. The free-range area is a fantastic interactive experience, allowing you to observe the animals up close. The park is clean, the service is attentive, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. It's definitely a top choice for a family trip, highly recommended! 👍
It's a good place to bring children to play. There are all kinds of small animals and they can interact. If you bring carrots, you must cut them into small strips, otherwise they can't bite them, and the children may not be able to walk. Everything else is good.

As a frequent traveler, the only thing I recommend about Xianluo Island is the sea cable car. This suspended, non-enclosed gondola ride is incredibly thrilling, with the sea breeze caressing your face and the vast expanse of turquoise waters, making it well worth a try. However, Xianluo Island itself isn't worth exploring; it's a small area and the attractions are relatively old. The island's conch museum isn't particularly impressive, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby, making it relatively convenient.
The island is small, and the details are beautiful to be discovered. It's just crowded, so you can take a boat to get to the island faster. I didn't take any photos or videos when I got off the island. I could have found more places to take photos.
