Wuxie is located 30 kilometers west of Zhuji City, nestled among mountains. The word "xie" means waterfall. The waterfall cascades down from the towering cliffs of Wuxie Mountain, breaking into five tiers, collectively known as "Wuxie Creek." Legend has it that this is the former residence of Xi Shi, a legendary beauty. The creek's banks are lined with strangely shaped peaks and rocks, boasting "72 peaks, 36 caves, and 25 cliffs," creating a magnificent spectacle of cascading waterfalls. Wuxie is renowned for its verdant mountains and cascading springs.
