The scenic area is well-managed, the staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is clean and tidy with enthusiastic staff, and the food is delicious. The area offers a variety of activities, and the night view is beautiful, making it well worth a visit. Although smaller than the Miao village, the experience is much better. I recommend visiting around noon or staying overnight.
In fact, it is more of a man-made attraction, the landscape layout is generally small, and the ethnic characteristics are not very prominent. The planning method and the use of restoration are acceptable. The food is expensive and most of the dishes are pre-prepared, which is unavoidable, but also understandable and acceptable.

I had a meaningful summer with my children. ☞ Because of this play. In Zunyi, "The Great Turning Point" deeply moved me to tears! On stage, the soldiers charging were so vivid, the smoke seemed to fill us with the air, and the whistling of bullets made our hearts race, instantly drawing us into that passionate period of history. Following the young soldiers in the play, we felt as if we were on the Long March together. The solemnity of the Zunyi Conference, the thrill of the Four Crossings of the Chishui River, the tragic sacrifice of our comrades... Every scene was so touching that many in the audience were moved to tears. It's a perfect place to bring children. They were so engrossed in the performance that they even held my hand and asked, "Weren't the Red Army particularly brave?" It was so much more vivid than learning history in textbooks. The stage lighting, stage design, and costumes are all in my top 10. The grand stage! ✚ The spotlight follows the actors, adding more dynamism and creating a unique atmosphere! The plot is rendered, and the actors' performances are also magnetic. The atmosphere outside the theater is also very good. After watching the show, taking pictures in the lobby is very photogenic. I recommend that if you are traveling to Zunyi during the National Day holiday, don't miss this performance that allows you to truly feel the temperature of history!
The performance location is convenient for transportation. The whole performance is wonderful and shocking. The stage effects and lighting design are very outstanding. This is not just an ordinary performance, [Love] but also a spiritual baptism that travels through time and space [Love]. It is highly recommended.

If you're in Zunyi, you can definitely stop by. It's an hour's drive from downtown, and my father, an elderly person, was quite interested. The entire tour is a circular route, so you can just walk along it. Seniors don't need a ticket, but adult tickets are quite expensive. There are many alcoholic beverages nearby, and there was also a town where I looked around but there wasn't much to see.
The "Encyclopedia of Maotai Liquor" reveals the history of Moutai: from Neolithic wine vessels to modern wine cellar models, the exhibition hall offers a clear timeline—see Han Dynasty brick carvings depicting winemaking, read stories of Red Army soldiers using Moutai to heal wounds, and even explore the evolution of the Moutai logo. The wine vessel exhibition hall is the most stunning, with bronze wine jars and enamel pots arranged in a feast, creating a breathtaking aroma of millennia-old wine. While the rating is a bit low at 4.2 (some visitors complain about the "too many static exhibits"), wine culture enthusiasts will enjoy a full day, even enjoying a guided tour of the unofficial history of Moutai Town's wine transportation by porters. Buying a souvenir bottle before leaving is a way to bring some culture into the bottle.

I don't recommend visiting during summer and holiday seasons due to the crowds. Furthermore, the weather is hot. Maotai Town is located on a narrow, sloping area beside the Chishui River, and the high summer temperatures create the perfect environment for the rich, mellow aroma of Maotai sauce. The sour soup and local specialties like lamb, fish, and tofu, all based on it, are uniquely flavorful and unforgettable.
Overall, it was just average. It was too hot, so I didn't explore much. There wasn't much on the fourth floor. The ice cream was so expensive. I had to buy some even when I got there! I can't afford Moutai!

Bing'an Ancient Town is a historical and cultural town in the south and central of Chishui City, Guizhou Province. It is located on the banks of Chishui River and is a small tourist destination. National Highway G546 (this section is also called Chishui Valley Tourism Highway) passes through the town, the traffic is convenient, there are relatively well-preserved old houses in the town, Zhaimen, Hongyi Corps Exhibition Hall, Shuanglong Bridge, Ancient Yandao, Ancient Fiber Road and other attractions, it is worth visiting.
The history of Bing'an Ancient Town can be traced back to the Eastern Han Dynasty, more than 2,000 years ago. The ancient town was officially established in the third year of Daguan in the Northern Song Dynasty (1109). During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Bing'an became an important post station and commodity distribution center for Sichuan salt entering Guizhou. In 1935, when the Red Army crossed the Chishui River for the fourth time, the First Red Army was stationed here, leaving many revolutionary relics. Architectural Features The ancient town is famous for its unique suspended stilt houses, which are supported by hundreds of logs on the rocks, simple and steep.

We live nearby, very close to the cable car station, and we didn't see much, so we went directly to buy tickets + round-trip cable car. The ticket price per person is 65, and there is a discount of a few dollars if you buy it online~ It was evening when we went up, so we didn't watch the show. The show time is from 4:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon. There were not many people at the Maotai Tianniang Theater on the top of the mountain when we went up. The scenery was quite good. We could see the Chishui River and the scenery on both sides of the river, and the buildings of the winery. The wind here makes people dizzy, and I feel a little bit high, haha... After going up, I found that you can actually drive up the mountain, and I suddenly felt that the cable car was a rip-off.
The cable car is worth a ride, as you can see the panoramic view of Maotai Town. There are many wineries on both sides of the Chishui River, which is dazzling. Tianniangtai is wide, with complete supporting facilities. The cable car is user-friendly and has several hovering spots for best photos. It is recommended to choose a car with seats in the front.

The Tucheng scenic area is quite large. Vehicles can be parked at the visitor center, and then walk across the Tucheng cable bridge to reach the Tucheng Ancient Town, where there are memorial halls, old streets and various snack shops, which are worth a visit.
Tucheng was first built during the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. It was named because mud was used to build houses and cities. In addition to the rich red culture, the primitive ancient town style is also fascinating. Blackfish and mutton noodles are the delicacies here.

This square was built to commemorate the historical event that Moutai won the gold medal at the Panama World Expo in 1915. It is not only a memorial, but also a venue for large-scale celebrations and a place for residents and tourists to relax and travel.
Renhuai Maotai's popular scenic spots are recommended for checking in. It is beautiful during the day and charming at night. It is very lively and is a good place for tourists, family and friends to relax. When visiting Maotai, you can consider staying in Zhongshu Town Maotai Town, which is very convenient. The Zunyi Conference and other places are very fun.
