BAKTANAfter hesitating for a long time, although there were various problems before checking in at the Ban Na Yue Chun Hotel, I finally made up my mind to come and check in at the hot spring. Before coming to Ban Na Yue Chun this time, I communicated with more than one department of the front-end operation of the hotel team, and some unpleasant things happened. For example, the reservation department did not know that the reservation needed to be manually confirmed, and it was cancelled overtime, which made me have to call and persuade them. Not only did they not say thank you, but they didn’t even say sorry. In addition, the front office manager turned around and asked for a lot of documents behind my back after I asked him not to contact other teams for my documents without authorization and she agreed, causing my itinerary to be leaked to the front office departments of many teams. Not only that, she also concealed from me who she contacted, and made up a fake source that was directly exposed, and then told me that she had resigned when I stayed, but she would help me find a colleague to connect with me. However, I talked to the general manager later and found that the other party didn’t know about this at all. She didn’t resign when I checked in. However, what is even more outrageous is that I finally found out that the front office manager S who had been in remote contact with me was actually a fake, and the real front office manager FSM never showed up, and the front office staff kept hiding the real front office manager from me. Fake front office manager plus fake resignation, this is something I have never encountered in many years of hotel stay experience. Fortunately, the hot springs are well managed, and the manager and front desk staff are very friendly and thoughtful. Many classic photos are taken at the hot springs, so it is more suitable to check in alone, so don't stay if you stay.
