#tripaway #cambodia #angkorwat #tonlesap #royalpalace A spontaneous trip to Cambodia amidst coronavirus outbreak in order to get back to China after our original flight was cancelled. My second time to Cambodia but it was still not enough. Siemreap is my favorite town. Go for a long hike in Angkor wat, finish with a swim at the hotel then a massage. Or chill for the day at the floating village #tripaway

Angkor Wat Kim
Angkor Wat is a beautiful collection of temples that date from the Khmer empire. During the tourist season, it can get crowded and you'll need to arrange transport to fully get through the entire complex but it isn't too difficult. Otherwise you can join a tour with a guide, which is enriching as well. Definitely the thing not to miss is the sunrise, which is very magical. Most tours head out for breakfast after this, so do stay around and explore the area as you'll find yourself without most crowds. #temple #unesco #cambodia #siemreap #travel #explore

Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh
Address - #55, Street 178, Sangkat Chey Chumnas Phnom Penh, 12206, Cambodia Ambiance/Facilities - very spacious room Highlights - business trip to cambodia for only one day. Thankful that the company sponsor and put me here. It was a very spacious room with living & meeting room. My clients and partners were meeting here. The ambience of this hotel also good. Service also not bad. Before meeting start, I have requested the housekeeping to sent some bottled drinks and they did. It was a very short stay so I didn't explore much but this hotel is great! Super spacious feel like having my own studio apartment. Avg. Price per Person - $300 Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shall come back here next time if I have plan for holiday. #staycation #cambodia

Siem Reap
📍Temples in Siem Reap attract millions of visitors each year, especially those in the expansive Angkor Archaeological Park. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1992, there are approximately 50 Buddhist and Hindu temples dating back to the 12th century within its grounds. While most of the structures have collapsed and been covered in greenery, history buffs will delight in the many well-preserved stone carvings as they provide a glimpse of the once-prosperous Khmer empire. 📌 During my trip i visited the temples of Siem Reap, Cambodia, touring Angkor Wat, the faces of Bayon, amazing Ta Phrom, Banteay Srei, and so many more. The first temple I toured was Angkor Wat which I arrived early morning to catch the sunrise 😍 . They were monkeys lingering around and tourists were feeding them. By the afternoon I was so exhausted because most of the temples have so many sections that i couldn’t finish the rest .it was also very humid so drink plenty water when touring . Overall, it was great to see! #cambodia #temples #holysantuary #buddah #siemreap #detraveler #living #young #newexperiences #fun #ctrip #tripmoments

Angkor Wat Complex
The world famous Angkor Wat temple complex is a must-visit destination at least once in a traveler's life. Located in northern Cambodia several kilometres outside Siem Reap city, the temple complex sprawls through the Cambodian jungle. An absolute must when visiting Siem Reap is watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat. If you're a photographer, make sure to get there EARLY to secure an unobstructed shot as there can be a large crowd. There are many different temples to visit within the Angkor complex, each with their own unique characteristics. The most unique temples are: - Angkor Wat - Bayon Temple (famous for its gigantic faces) - Ta Prohm Temple - Pre Rup Temple - Neak Poun Temple With scorching temperatures, the best way to get around the area is by local tuk tuk. These can be easily organised through tour operators and hotels and your driver will drive you around for the whole day. #angkor #angkorwat #cambodia #temple #asiantraveller #asia #siemreap #createwithtrip #culturetrip

Siem Reap
📍Everyone heads to Cambodia to see the temples, and most opt to see a floating village of Siem Reap. Visiting a floating village is recommended by all tuk-tuk drivers, hotels, and travel agents. It’s marketed as an opportunity to experience the cultural life of those living off the lake. 📍Best Time to Visit the Floating Villages of Siem Reap. The rainy season is June through October. The time of year when entire communities are “floating,” so many consider this the best time to visit.During the dry season, the home’s stilts are exposed, and you can see the houses’ sheer height. 📍During my visit to Cambodia during summer of 2018 in August ; my friends and I visited the floating village Kampong Phluk . We arranged the trip through a tour agency which was reliable. Upon the visit the tour guide stated the water was 4 meters high and by the next 3 months it will be 10 meters . The floating village was an eye opening moment where I saw life from a different perspective in-terms of how different people live from day to day . I’m truly grateful 🥲 for these experiences.❤️🤍❤️🤍 #cambodia #floatingvillage #siemreap #detraveler #living #young #newexperiences #fun #ctrip #tripmoments
