When we climbed up, we encountered some groups going down the mountain, and they were all guides who started climbing at 6 am, so now it is not very slippery to go down the mountain. But when I went down the mountain later, I had a hard time, especially in the middle of the mountain, too many people stepped on the snow road, the snow became ice water and Nilu mixed together, stepping on it was almost an effect of skating, and I couldn’t stop it. I almost turned upside down several times. Even if I was careful enough. Mano was worse, she was behind me, no trekking poles. Every guide who went down the mountain advised her not to continue climbing, otherwise it was dangerous to go down the mountain. She finally withdrew after a long struggle. When I returned to the place where I lived a little more, she told me with red eyes that she was so disappointed that she could not climb the top, although I was also a pity for her, but quickly comforted that anyway, safety first, you withdraw right, and also described to her the danger of my downhill, only hope she can feel better. Although this time due to the weather, I did not see the beautiful scenery of Gokyo Lake under the clear sky, but standing on the mountainside of Gokyo Ri and looking down at the lake and the village next to it surrounded by snow, it is really satisfying, because this scenery is indeed not so long-term, or even rarer. I stood there alone, facing such a scene, the words of the poor, only the big man in my brain "thousand miles of ice, thousands of miles of snow" echoed there.
