Since embarking on the road of Tibetan areas, I have followed the senior friends all the way, and today I arrived at a well-known stockade, Jiaju Zhaizhai (Aju, meaning Tibetan means 100 households. There are 141 households in this Tibetan village. They climbed up from the Dajinchuan River valley and stretched to the foot of the Kapama group. The whole village is swaying in the rolling hills, with a relative height difference of nearly 1,000 meters. On the hillside, a Tibetan-style Zhailou is dotted among the green trees. The wooden frame parts and eaves of the residential area are red. The walls above the second floor are painted white or the walls are white and white. The shape of the building is like a devout Buddhist. The cross-legged figure is in the position of the Chinese National Geographic magazine in 2005. The Damba Tibetan Village represented by Jiaju Zangzhai is rated as the most beautiful six ancient towns in China. Danba is known as the Valley of Beauty, the Land of a Thousand Watchtowers, the site of the Eastern Women's Kingdom, and has been named China's most beautiful village by 'Chinese National Geography'. In early spring, Danba is covered with pear blossoms. The Tibetan villages and watchtowers complement them, creating a unique charm. March in Western Sichuan, I recommend everyone not to miss the pear blossoms in Jinchuan, a 3-day trip is feasible. Itinerary Day 1: Chengdu - Danba - Zhonglu Tibetan Village (recommended to stay inside the village) Day 2: Zhonglu Tibetan Village - Jiaju Tibetan Village - Jinchuan (stay in Jinchuan, the whole journey is filled with pear blossoms) Day 3: Jinchuan - Ma'erkang - Chengdu Attractions Zhonglu Tibetan Village: Located in Niexia Township, Danba County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, it's less famous than Jiaju but I find it more pristine. The village is full of Tibetan friends who are very friendly and will greet you actively. You can drive into the village, but be careful as there are many bends. Pear blossoms, Tibetan villages, and highland barley fields are all super photogenic, waiting for a sunrise🌅sunset🌄 Jinchuan Pear Blossoms: The blooming period is from mid-March to the end of March, lasting just half a month. From Zhonglu Tibetan Village to Jinchuan, you will see pear blossoms in the river valley along the way. Of course, the most famous spot is in Jinchuan's 'Fairy Pack' (as shown in picture two). You must get there early in the morning, drive up, and there's a special viewing platform. Wait for the sun to rise, and capture it along with the smoke from the local Tibetans' fires, it's absolutely fantastic! Notes Hotels: In Zhonglu Tibetan Village, homestays are the main accommodations with varying prices. Everyone can choose according to their preferences. Hotels in Jinchuan are more expensive, so book in advance. Altitude: There are no places along the entire route that cause altitude sickness discomfort, with the highest altitude being around 2200 meters. Altitude sickness usually occurs above 3000 meters. Clothing: Remember, friends, when traveling to Western Sichuan, no matter what month you go, definitely bring a down jacket. The weather in Western Sichuan changes a lot, and the temperature difference between morning and evening is significant. Bringing it is the right choice. 🌲This National Day, we came to western Sichuan, setting off two days in advance, and there was no traffic jam at all! The next day we arrived in Danba County, wanting to see the characteristic Tibetan villages. ✨Danba has three well-known Tibetan villages, namely Jiaju, Zhonglu, and Suopo, with Jiaju being the most famous. The accommodation ticket is 💰40 yuan. If you don't stay overnight, it's 💰50 yuan. 🏨This time we stayed at a homestay in Jiaju Tibetan Village called Danba Starry Sky Photography Homestay. The conditions of the homestay are okay, the view from the third floor is quite good, and there is a 360-degree viewing platform on the top floor. The altitude here is not high, we didn't feel any altitude sickness at all, and we slept very soundly. 🏔️Opening the door in the morning is the spectacular panoramic view of the Tibetan village, which is really super worth it! At first, the weather was a bit cloudy, 🌞fortunately it gradually cleared up! After breakfast, we went to a homestay called Half Mountain near the No. 3 viewing platform of Jiaju Tibetan Village to take pictures in Tibetan costumes. We took pictures for more than an hour, 🤩it really felt amazing!

In Sichuan, there are many Tibetan villages of different types, and I think Jiaju Tibetan Village is the most beautiful one.
