🏊♂️🏖️☀️Best beach in Alanya
#timetotravel
Cleopatra beach, located in Alanya and right next to the Alanya Castle, has a 2 km long beach and has fine and golden sand.
Here is the most preferred beach in Alanya and there are many cafes, restaurants around it. Therefore, you can relax here and enjoy the sea without getting bored.
Also, Alanya castle, damlatas cave and archeology museum are very close to here, I recommend you to go.

Kleopatra Beach - Alanya, Turkey
First time we saw Kleopatra beach from the Alanya Cable car (Teleferik) and decided to go there in the afternoon. We had a great time on the beach watching the gorgeous sunset. Then we went to one of the seafood restaurants on the beach and had a nice dinner. I highly recommend to visit this location of you are in Alanya!
Kleopatra Beach is located in the center of Alanya and stretches for 2.5 km from the Damlatas cave to the Dinek observation deck. The beach is covered with light coarse sand. The water is blue and clean. Near the coast the sea is shallow, but after a few meters becomes deeper.
There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to rent for a small fee. There are also changing cabins, showers and bathrooms on the beach. Restaurants, cafes and bars can be easily found around the beach.

Caribbean Dream 🏖️
🏖 Did you know that Egyptian Queen Cleopatra and Roman Emperor Mark Anthony swam here?
Cleopatra is the most famous beach on Turkish Riviera.
It owes its name to the last hellenistic Queen of Egypt. According to legends, Antony brought as a gift to his beloved Cleopatra the Mediterranean pearl-the luxurious city of Alanya. Every time she went from Egypt for camping, the Queen stopped here to swim in the mirror-clear lagoon and soak up the magnificent sandy carpet. Since then, the beach of Cleopatra irresistibly attracts those who expect a royal vacation.
Lovely beach, lovely place to snorkel and see fish around the rocks, extremely popular beach so can be quite littered in spots
It's a Really Great Beach.❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Alanya Castle Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Alanya’s fortress, Kalesi - Turkey
Beautiful location with breathtaking views. Kalesi is a definite must see if you are visiting Alanya!
Kalesi literally means “a castle”, a fortress in Turkish. It is located in the very center of the city and tourists no need to go far - the roads will lead to its walls during one of the walks around the city. Kalesi is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Alanya.
The castle on the mountain can be seen from Cleopatra Beach. I recommend to go to the observation desk to see breathtaking views from up. On the way back, it is interesting to walk around the mountain village, going down the road with spectacular views. There are also several panoramic restaurants and hotels on the mountain.

Take the road less travelled
Being me, I had to take the winding cobblestone path to the castle, and I didn't regret it. It was filled with amazing views and unique sights that you wouldn't have just walking on the road. You end up going around the walls and seeing all the hidden ruins that most tourists miss. If you're lucky, you'll also find a friendly cat and meet some chickens on the way up. Don't forget to stop and smell the flowers.
Alanya's New Year highlights!
we happy to get there all the time!#2023travelwish #mytripvlog #tripblazers #beachlife

Damlataş Cave Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
💦Damlatas Cave in Alanya
#timetotravel
Damlatas cave is located just west of Alanya castle. It is the first cave opened to tourism in Turkey, and the summer and winter temperature is 22 degrees and does not change.
The atmosphere here is extraordinary. The stalactites formed by the drops of water created a very beautiful image.
There are souvenir shops and eating and drinking areas just outside the cave. The entrance fee of the cave is 30TL (~1 USD)

Damlatas Cave - Alanya, Turkey
Damlatas Cave is the most accessible cave in Alanya. It is located in the center of the city, near the sea coast and many other tourist attractions so it can be visited in one day with Kleopatra beach, Cable car and Kalesi fortress.
It is not the biggest cave I have ever visited, but if you never went to a cave then you should go see Damlatas Cave!
People who suffer from asthma come to this cave every year and take a 21-day treatment course because the air in the cave contains high percentage of carbondioxide, around 10 to 12 times more than in normal air, and has 95% humidity.
The cave open to visitors at 10am and close at 6pm. Tourists can purchase entrance tickets on the spot, or order tickets online. The entrance ticket costs less than 2$. The cave worth visiting!
