Golden temple also known as Harmander sahib, is one of the most visited sikh pilgrimage. The Golden Temple is a gurdwara located in the city of Amritsar, Punjab, India. It is the preeminent spiritual site of Sikhism. The usual darshan timings are between 4 AM to 10 PM. The doors to Harmandir Sahib open at around 3 AM. Devotees come together to carry the palanquin to the Golden Temple sanctum. Then, daily rituals like Ardas, Gurbani singing and Hukamnama are carried out.
One of the best sikh temples in the World. It's so pretty from outside and inside. There's no charges to enter but there are long queues of devotees always to get inside so be prepared for that. Early morning like around 5 am is the best time.
