🌟 Mushrooms flow hearted eggs; Pyrenees&#39; own grass mushrooms, you have to eat better after autumn every year, mushrooms are Shanzhen, simple cooking has excellent fresh fragrance. The integration of eggs will enhance the delicious taste of mushrooms. 🌟 foie gras tuna; It&#39;s a really fragrant appetizer, you have to have a stuffy mouth, foie gras and tuna blend together, the taste of the fragrant and fresh body is great. 🌟 roast beef; it&#39;s not as simple as roasting a normal roast, but sprinkle with juice after roasting, and the base is also covered with a layer of cream mashed potatoes. A restaurant with a super hall, the environment is superb, I will not say what I eat, very European, the portion is too large, I can&#39;t finish it. More affect the mood. There are music performances, very professional.

We celebrated my son&rsquo;s birthday, he enjoys a good steak. I am vegetarian myself but I am certainly going back! The food was of great quality and the service surpassed my expectations - Orhan had a real passion for the job and made our experience memorable.

Good, old-fashioned Dutch food in reasonably sized and priced portions, cozy atmosphere, friendly, pleasant service. It was our first time dining there and we will be back.

One of my favourite restaurants in Amsterdam. Makes me happy.

Everything was lovely,  the service, the decor and most of all the food. Really tasty, we had a bruschetta to share with a glass of wine and it was the best I have ever tasted. Our main courses were also very good.

Great ford and lovely, professional staff. The only negative was that half way someone decide to plan loud music via one speaker for the whole restaurant. But after asking, they turned it less loud. But the manager should feel this herself.

🌟蘑菇流心蛋；比利牛斯自产的草菇，要每年入秋后才能吃到味道较好的，蘑菇就是山珍，简单烹饪就有极好的鲜香。鸡蛋的融入就更提升了蘑菇的鲜味。🌟鹅肝金枪鱼；真是香的一道开胃菜，必须一口闷，鹅肝和金枪鱼融入在一起，香鲜合体的口感太赞了。🌟烤牛肉；不是普普通通的烤一烤那么简单，而是烤完后撒上汁水，底座还铺了一层奶油土豆泥。牛肉很入味

我期待着再次回到这家餐厅吃饭，并尝试菜单上的其他菜。如果要是给这家餐厅评分的话，我会给他五星级。这里的菜式很不错的，我吃了蟹肉炒饭，鸡翅，其中我最钟爱的还是蟹肉炒饭，它十分的香，而且这些食物的价格也是很便宜的。 

I look forward to returning to this restaurant again to eat and try other dishes on the menu. I will give him five stars if I give this restaurant a rating. The dishes here are very good, I have crab fried rice, chicken wings, of which my favorite is crab fried rice, it is very fragrant, and the price of these foods is very cheap. 

Wanted to go to a traditional Dutch restaurant and the De Blauwe Hollander was recommended and did not disappoint.We managed to book a table just as well as the restaurant was busy from when we arrived to when we left.The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was great tasty and plentiful, would recommend the Stampot dishes.

Booked this for our first dinner in Amsterdam and it was a lovely place to sample some Dutch classics. Very much recommend the Bitterballen and Stamppot (and do save room for the Poffertjes! They are gorgeous)

This is great place for local food and local drinks! It wasn&#39;t too busy but service was lacking. We were forgotten about and it took a little while but otherwise it&#39;s a wonderful place.

This restaurant is a real gem! The ambience is wonderful, many little tables with cozy lighting and classical Dutch art on the walls. The service was fast, the staff was attentive, and the food came out quite quickly. We got the snert (Dutch pea soup) and the stamppot hutspot (mashed potatoes with veggies, tender beef brisket, and gravy). The portions were good and the food was excellent! I highly reccomend :))

A lovely place to eat traditional Dutch food we came across it online. Great service and good friend. They were very helpful to explain what the dishes were as we were not sure on some of the dishes. Lovely food would recommend to go here if looking for some good traditional food.
