Great Museum!

I wouldn't say this is a "hidden gem" as it isn't really hidden, but it is somewhat off the beaten track. Highly recommend to better understand the history of Martinique and the eruption of Pelee.

Well worth seeing if in the town of Saint-Pierre. The museum is FREE and the audio tour is in English and French. Interesting information about momentous occurance in the island's history
