As a seclusion place, it's really great and quiet.
Come to Karcelli's seclusion to listen to God's secret words The green heart of the spiritual place is really too small, after all, the location of Karcelli's seclusion - Umbria is a place that few people know. The place is in central Italy, known as the green heart of Italy. The seclusion of Karcelli is rarely visited, and even when the most tourists come at noon on Saturday and Sunday, there are only three or two visitors. My first impression of coming here is that it is full of spirituality. I can't describe this feeling in words, looking at the light brown stone building and the inexhaustible distant mountains, in the inner peace, but also the real feeling, these mountains seem to be alive, is smart, alive. ■ This building is not big, there are some exhibits inside, but it gives me more feeling that it is more like a church. There are ancient books and crosses. At noon, some saints came to pray. They still rarely saw tourists. Only three or two people were taking pictures. We followed the prayers at the invitation of the believers, and we truly immersed ourselves in that atmosphere, and felt the piety and reverence of God in a true sense. ■ Address: Via Eremo delle Carceri | Monte Subasio, 06081, Assisi, Italy Open: 9:00am - 6:00pm
