Aleppo Citadel

Don’t miss a trip to Aleppo if you visit Syria, it was the largest city in Syria before the war broke out. Unfortunately, the grand Mosque and the Bazaar are in ruin, but the citadel still reminded us the glory days. this formidable structure dominate the sky line, and it is a must visit destination when you visit the city .

Aleppo, in the northwest of the Syrian Republic, is one of the oldest cities in the Middle East and a famous tourist attraction. It used to be a major point of traffic from the Mesopotamia Plain to the Mediterranean, and in the 16th century it became a must-have for trade between East and West. In ancient times, Abraham, the ancestor of the Jews, came to Aleppo and distributed milk from his cows to the local poor

It's a war-torn landscape, it's been weathered and desolate, but it won't make people feel desperate. I don't know what I'm thinking about. I want to see it again.

Very historic castle, protected is OK, development needs to be improved.

I especially like the castle on the hillside. It is more solemn and the building is magnificent.
