Willet-Holthuysen Museum

The Wheelhotoson Museum is located in an old house on the edge of the canal. It is a private museum. The decoration inside is very gorgeous and beautiful. The exhibits are also very rich and you can learn about the history of the locals.

The Wheelhotoson Museum is a stunning and luxurious canal house with art and antiques from a couple (Abraham Willet and Louisa Holthuysen). They died in 1895 and left a large collection to the city of Amsterdam (they had no children). It was a really amazing collection.

The old house was in its prime in the 19th century, with a famous blue living room and a beautiful and wide back garden

The Amu Canal takes one of the three residential museums with free museum cards. Voice explanation 1 Euro (Museum Card is unavoidable), there is no Chinese, but the explanation is more detailed, comprehensive, visit or recommend the purchase of voice guide. The small rooms facing the garden are all good.
