On December 11, 1929, Comrade Deng Xiaoping successfully launched the Baise Uprising, and the seventh army of the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants was established in Baise. The military department has a headquarters and a political department. The headquarters is located in the East Guangdong Assembly Hall. The staff office, manager office, deputy office, military medical office and so on are here. It is now the Baise Uprising Memorial Hall and the key cultural relics units in the country.
