The history of the Arusha Library is very impressive and not less important for the city that saw it rise up. It is a work of architectural architecture of the late 19th century Catalan Modernism, commissioned by Rossend Arus, a local philanthrope and thinker, who raised it with the aim of dedicating it to the education of workers. The design is Pere Bassegoda i Mateu and is located in the beautiful and local Paseo San Juan. A research centre that allows visits to the public is currently operated.
