Shengfang Museum: The first floor of the exhibition area is 800 square meters, and the large-scale water town sand plate is furnished. Beibei pot wine is a fine wine and delicacies on the table of the people's "red and white happy event". It is said that Cai Jia, one of the eight people in Shengfang, married to Dong Jia (the soldier's waiter, the second pint) of Guangyuan, Zuogezhuang, Wen'an County, was his wife. The dowry was arranged for three miles long, and the clothes were carried more than 200 with the wedding, and the north roast pot wine was 200 altars of 100 catties, and the land was more than 5,000 mu. Beibei pot wine is not only popular, it is a generation of kings Qianlong emperor in 1767 and 1769 twice went out to patrol Dongdian, check the water situation, participate in the supervision and management project, and allocate 25,500 silver, and twice came to Shengfang to drink the Beibei pot wine brewed by Shengfang people themselves. I eat fish, shrimp and crabs from Shengfang. At that time, the war was extremely fierce, and the senior leader of the department was encouraged to fight bravely, and gave his subordinates a large bowl of Beibei pot wine. The soldiers drank the Beibei pot wine and finished it, and they fought hard to win. Zhang Xueliang recalled that the people of Shengfang sent the Beibei pot wine made by Shengfang people for his troops "Dafuquan", and General Zhang drank it while saying: "This wine tastes good, as mellow as the Guandong Dagao wine in our northeast." Because the annual war wine shop had to stop. In the period of the Liberation War, before the battle of Pingjin, all the equipment of the Beijiu pot winery was shipped to Renqiu to produce wine for the troops on the front line of the liberation of Tianjin. After the liberation of Tianjin, Li Qingfang, the manager of the Beijiu pot pot, was assigned to the Erguotou winery in Beijing. The boss Liu family was assigned to the Tianjin Dazhiyu winery. At that time, the equipment of Beijiu pot winery was also brought to Tianjin, and the equipment was still in Tianjin until the public-private joint venture after the founding of the country. Due to the changes of the times, Beijiu pot winery and many famous food shops were destroyed. The former site of Beijiu pot wine was transformed into Shengfang Pot Factory (formerly Shengfang Agricultural Machinery Factory) Shengfang Hebei Police Station. Now, Beijiu pot wine has recovered the old equipment, continued traditional craft brewing, and built a museum, so that this wine culture can be passed on.
