    DEFENDING THE HEARTLAND

    This Royal Canadian Air Force plane is on Blockhouse Island. You can get good views of it from Hardy Park too. What struck me was its relative smallness, quite apart from the colour scheme.

    Picturesque Spot

    This is a great area for walking and strolling. We took some great pictures under the plane. It feels very peaceful here.

    Nice view

    Very cool! Easy access! Nice display at the end of the island. No mask required. Nice benches and tables to sit close to admire the view!

    Nice attraction in the park

    This is a nice feature in the park. Makes for a nice photo op with the river in the background. It is a nice walk along the water.

    RCAF Figher Jet

    Great Example of RCAF history, great for kids to check out what a fighter jet looked like. Right on the water in Brockville, play structure beside it for the kids.
