If you are going there, try to get ahead of expected demand.
The picture is perfect and is popular in any season. There is free parking, but it is hard to find an empty place - be patient and be ready to walk. If you use a seat, you may need to bring something to sit there - there are lots of grass to sit on, as well as beaches and sidewalks. Excellent view.
