This was one of the most beautiful temples I have ever been to! The views by the sea are spectacular and there is a lot to explore. This is a perfect place to visit to learn about Korean culture and history. You can also go in any season.

The last stop of the trip to Busan, before going to Gyeongju, I specially came to feel the Buddhist atmosphere in Korea. I needed to transfer again, but it was not complicated at all: after leaving the subway, go along the ramp for 2 minutes to reach the station and take the 90 bus. I saw that everyone got off at the place where they got off the bus was Fanyu Temple. Most of the grandparents came to climb Jinjing Mountain, and they met a Malaysian Chinese couple who went to Fanyu Temple together on the road. There are many believers in the temple, and the hall is full of religious believers who come to recite the scriptures and worship, but they do not feel noisy at all. I think this is the Buddha's pure land! The overall area of the monastery is not large, the layout is the same as the domestic Han Buddhist monastery, and some details are not ingenious. As a famous temple in Korea with historical relics, it is natural to feel the sense of historical age in it. On the way to visit, I happened to meet a monk who could speak Chinese and told the monastery that the dining hall could provide fast food at noon. Because I caught up with the meal, I enjoyed vegetarian food with the faithful after the visit. With awe of Buddhist culture and monasteries, I left Fanyu Temple and ended this trip to Busan.

Taizongtai Taizong Temple, Macaron color hydrangea feast! Taizong Temple in Taizongtai is a famous Buddhist holy place in the local area, but for our tourists, the hydrangea is more attractive. The end of June to mid-July is the best time for hydrangea blooming. So even on rainy days, it is still a tourist. It is said that the hydrangea of Taizong Temple is attributed to a master in the temple, he visited Japan, Thailand, the Netherlands, China and Indonesia, and then cultivated to Taizong Temple in order to find the seeds of hydrangea. After 40 years, it has formed the best hydrangea ecological group in Korea. Today, there are more than 30 varieties of hydrangea in Taizong Temple, more than 5,000 plants. And since 2006, Taizong Temple has held water chrysanthemum sacrifices every year around the beginning of July, water chrysanthemum is the nickname of hydrangea. It is said that the acidity of the soil will affect the color of the flowers, the monks in the temple planted hydrangea flowers in different soil, so the hydrangea flowers in the temple have a variety of colors. Blue, purple, pink, white... These macaron color hydrangeas, really beautiful! Hydrangea is the flower that will bloom in the rainy season, if the weather is dry, it will dry out, so hydrangea and rainy day more match! That kind of feeling, can create a beautiful artistic conception.

Sanguang Temple is also a more fun place. The whole area can see a lot of Buddhist content. This monastery looks very warm. The house behind it is the residence of the practitioners here.

Seobulsa is small, but unlike other temples in Busan, because there are huge stone carvings behind the temple. It is indeed worth checking in. You can come by many kinds of transportation, and if you want to combine some attractions you can hike from the fortress and add a little bit of exercise. I visited the Seokbulsa temple with a few friends and left a deep impression on us. We parked our car about 1 km down the mountain, there is a small cafe opposite, very good, the boss gave us a great service. Climbing to the temple requires some cardio and lung exercises! Once I walked into the gate of the temple and breathed the fresh air in the mountains, I felt very relaxed. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The stone carvings are also worth seeing, skilled and meticulous. This is a great experience.

Tongdu Temple is one of the oldest temples in Lushan. There are many traditional cultural customs here. There are free lunches at fixed times, which are provided for local elderly people to eat. There are many historical buildings in the temple. It is also very easy to find in the middle of the mountain.
