Can't see them
Just checked at 10 am, and they are not there. However good to know they are flying foxes. Can see many of them are flying around in the sky in the evening
There is development going on by the Library. Not sure they are still there. We visited today and could not see anything, but might have been in the wrong area.
By Cairns library in the trees hundreds of bats roost during the day. It's quite smelly if you walk below the trees! At dusk they start to wake and make quite a noise before flying off for the night. ...
